{"id":146088,"date":"2024-02-07T20:08:03","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T02:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=146088"},"modified":"2024-02-08T12:08:21","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T18:08:21","slug":"paso-favor-derecho-a-la-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/opinion\/paso-favor-derecho-a-la-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Un paso m\u00e1s en favor del Derecho a la Vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por Rom\u00e1n Meyer Falc\u00f3n*<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con motivo del\u00a0 D\u00eda Nacional de la Vivienda quisiera compartirles una breve reflexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las propuestas de reformas constitucionales que present\u00f3 el Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, el pasado 5 de febrero, hay una que es fundamental para el Derecho Humano a la vivienda, pues hace cambios al Art\u00edculo . 123 de nuestra Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, la reforma transforma el Infonavit, que adem\u00e1s de dar m\u00e1s\u00a0 cr\u00e9ditos y m\u00e1s accesibles, tambi\u00e9n le permite construir viviendas que ser\u00e1n\u00a0 su propiedad y ponerlas en renta bajo un esquema social.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto? Imagina a Infonavit no s\u00f3lo como financiador, sino tambi\u00e9n como constructor y \u201ccasero\u201d. Como persona trabajadora, despu\u00e9s de un a\u00f1o de cotizar, tendr\u00e1s la opci\u00f3n de rentar una vivienda al Infonavit, con una gran ventaja: la mensualidad no estar\u00e1 supeditada a la especulaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria, y como inquilino no pagar\u00e1s m\u00e1s de 30% de tu salario mensual.<\/p>\n<p>Y no s\u00f3lo eso: despu\u00e9s de 10 a\u00f1os de arrendar la propiedad, la podr\u00e1s comprar en condiciones preferentes.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa da prioridad a personas trabajadoras sin vivienda propia y con mayor antig\u00fcedad de cotizaci\u00f3n, pero adem\u00e1s esa primera vez que desde la federaci\u00f3n se le entra a estos temas y se fortalece la participaci\u00f3n directa en el mercado de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En su implementaci\u00f3n habr\u00e1n mecanismos claros para asegurar un proceso justo y sin favoritismos en la asignaci\u00f3n de viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa responde a demandas de varios a\u00f1os hechas por organizaciones, colectivos, especialistas y otros sectores sociales y coincide plenamente con la Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Vivienda humanista de esta administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se asemeja a modelos de arrendamiento social que llevan a\u00f1os operando exitosamente en pa\u00edses como Austria, Francia, Chile y Ecuador, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Ayudar\u00e1 sobre todo a las personas trabajadoras de menores ingresos y m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, que actualmente no pueden aspirar a comprar una casa, y tiene el potencial de ser un elemento clave para fortalecer al Estado mexicano en el combate del rezago habitacional, que en este sexenio ha logrado sacar a casi 3 millones de personas de esa condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la Sedatu, instamos a las y los legisladores para hacer de esta visi\u00f3n una realidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que durante la discusi\u00f3n se fortalezca la iniciativa y que avance, porque debe ser apenas un paso m\u00e1s de los muchos que siguen para que la vivienda adecuada sea una realidad para cualquier persona en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Les invito a conocer la iniciativa de reforma completa en el siguiente link: <a href=\"http:\/\/gaceta.diputados.gob.mx\/PDF\/65\/2024\/feb\/20240205-16.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/gaceta.diputados.gob.mx\/PDF\/65\/2024\/feb\/20240205-16.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>*Rom\u00e1n Meyer Falc\u00f3n<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario Territorial y Urbano\u00a0(Sedatu)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Rom\u00e1n Meyer Falc\u00f3n*<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":79,"featured_media":146089,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[242,5,12],"tags":[6554,15302,105],"class_list":["post-146088","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog-de-invitado","category-opinion","category-vivienda","tag-derecho-a-la-vivienda","tag-dia-nacional-de-la-vivienda","tag-sedatu"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Un paso m\u00e1s en favor del Derecho a la Vivienda -<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Por Rom\u00e1n Meyer Falc\u00f3n* Con motivo del\u00a0 D\u00eda Nacional de la Vivienda quisiera compartirles una breve reflexi\u00f3n.
