{"id":146048,"date":"2024-02-07T14:46:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T20:46:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=146048"},"modified":"2024-02-07T14:47:20","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T20:47:20","slug":"dar-a-los-trabajadores-acceso-efectivo-a-la-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/opinion\/dar-a-los-trabajadores-acceso-efectivo-a-la-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Dar a los trabajadores acceso efectivo a la vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez*<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El pasado 5 de febrero, una reforma al Art\u00edculo 123, fracci\u00f3n XII, en materia de vivienda para las personas trabajadoras en el sector privado (apartado A) fue enviada por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, al Congreso, generando un debate que refleja el inter\u00e9s y la preocupaci\u00f3n por el bienestar de la clase trabajadora en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa, en resumen, propone una serie de medidas innovadoras que podr\u00edan transformar significativamente el acceso a la vivienda en el pa\u00eds:<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, se plantea que el Infonavit pueda invertir sus recursos en la construcci\u00f3n directa de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Esto no solo ampliar\u00eda la oferta de vivienda disponible para los trabajadores, sino que tambi\u00e9n ofrecer\u00eda m\u00e1s opciones y flexibilidad a la hora de elegir un hogar.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se establece que las viviendas construidas puedan ponerse en renta bajo un esquema social que garantice que la mensualidad no exceda el 30% del salario del trabajador.<\/p>\n<p>Esta medida, junto con la posibilidad de adquirir la vivienda despu\u00e9s de 10 a\u00f1os de arrendamiento continuo, brinda estabilidad y seguridad a los trabajadores en materia de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma tambi\u00e9n busca dar preferencia de acceso a la vivienda a los trabajadores con m\u00e1s a\u00f1os de cotizaci\u00f3n y que no cuenten con una casa propia, asegurando que aquellos que m\u00e1s lo necesitan puedan beneficiarse de estas nuevas oportunidades.<\/p>\n<p>Desde mi perspectiva, esta reforma representa un paso importante hacia una mejor utilizaci\u00f3n de los recursos del Fondo y, sobre todo, hacia el cumplimiento del derecho a una vivienda adecuada para todos los trabajadores mexicanos. Adem\u00e1s, podr\u00eda generar incentivos para mejorar los esquemas de arrendamiento en el pa\u00eds, promoviendo la equidad y la inclusi\u00f3n en el acceso a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, la reforma que se presenta recoge los anhelos y exigencias de la clase trabajadora, y representa una oportunidad real para mejorar las condiciones de vida de millones de mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>Es momento de
