{"id":144977,"date":"2024-01-03T17:05:32","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T23:05:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=144977"},"modified":"2024-01-03T17:05:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T23:05:32","slug":"construccion-industrial-niveles-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/construccion-industrial-niveles-23\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n industrial alcanza niveles hist\u00f3ricos en el 2023: Solili"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Solili se\u00f1al\u00f3 que al cierre de diciembre, la construcci\u00f3n industrial asciende a 5.6 millones m\u00b2<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al t\u00e9rmino del 2023, la <strong>construcci\u00f3n industrial mostr\u00f3 el mayor dinamismo del mercado<\/strong>, ya que a lo largo del a\u00f1o <strong>se iniciaron m\u00e1s de 350 proyectos industriales<\/strong>, instalados en respuesta al aumento en la demanda de espacios para el sector.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a>, <strong>al cierre de diciembre continuaban en obra nacional 5.6 millones de metros cuadrados<\/strong> (m\u00b2) de naves industriales. Esta cifra de construcci\u00f3n industrial se concentra principalmente en Monterrey,\u00a0Ciudad de M\u00e9xico\u00a0y\u00a0Saltillo, esto con 1.7 millones de m\u00b2, 767,000 m\u00b2 y 583,000 m\u00b2, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>A estos mercados le sigue <strong>Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, donde est\u00e1n en desarrollo 356,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s, durante el a\u00f1o pasado, en la ciudad fronteriza fueron terminados 22 edificaciones que en conjunto suman 458 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/cdmx-demanda-industrial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> indic\u00f3 que, en \u00faltimo lugar se encuentran las ciudades del baj\u00edo Quer\u00e9taro\u00a0y\u00a0Guanajuato quienes durante el 203, iniciaron la construcci\u00f3n industrial de 519,000 y 344,000 m\u00b2, respectivamente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solili se\u00f1al\u00f3 que al cierre de diciembre, la
