convirti\u00e9ndolo en el actor m\u00e1s importante del mercado de adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><!--more--><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la finalidad de proteger el modelo de Cobranza Social que implementa el Instituto del Fondo Nacional para Vivienda de los Trabajadores (Infonavit) la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, Mar\u00eda Elena Barrera Tapia, present\u00f3 ante el Pleno el dictamen sobre el tema que fue aprobado y ahora est\u00e1 elevado a rango de ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que el modelo de Cobranza Social es un conjunto de acciones y servicios que ofrece el Instituto con el objetivo de apoyar a los trabajadores que se ven imposibilitados de seguir pagando las hipotecas contratadas, ya sea por p\u00e9rdida involuntaria de su empleo, paro t\u00e9cnico o por la disminuci\u00f3n de sus ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que con estos mecanismos el obrero se mantiene en un proceso de cobranza m\u00e1s sano y revierte la tendencia de cartera vencida y, a su vez, se regulan los intereses del mercado y se garantizan las razones del Estado de generar condiciones de bienestar para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Barrera Tapia a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el Infonavit es el actor m\u00e1s importante del mercado de adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda con el 76% de participaci\u00f3n en lo que se refiere a cartera de cr\u00e9dito, adem\u00e1s de que se ha consolidado como \u00a0uno de los principales fondos complementarios para el retiro de los trabajadores del pa\u00eds, con el 24% de participaci\u00f3n del mercado de los fondos de retiro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con dicho modelo, destac\u00f3, el Instituto ha demostrado mantener una cartera rentable, con ello se pueden ofrecer m\u00e1s oportunidades de vivienda para sus derechohabientes, por lo que la reforma legal garantizar\u00e1 la aplicaci\u00f3n constante y segura de este modelo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s dijo que esto es una alternativa para administrar de mejor forma la cartera de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios que mantiene la viabilidad financiera del ahorro del trabajador y atiende al mismo tiempo su capacidad de pago, lo cual enaltece la labor social sin lesionar sus finanzas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Infonavit se ha
