{"id":144263,"date":"2023-11-23T18:44:35","date_gmt":"2023-11-24T00:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=144263"},"modified":"2023-11-23T18:44:35","modified_gmt":"2023-11-24T00:44:35","slug":"ganadores-premio-hym","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ganadores-premio-hym\/","title":{"rendered":"Ganadores del Premio HyM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, el Premio HyM ha reconocido la labor de diversas de personalidades que contribuyen a la excelencia en el sector de la vivienda<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al paso de cada edici\u00f3n, el\u00a0<strong>Premio Hombres y Mujeres de la Casa\u00a0<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Premio HyM<\/a>) se ha consolidado como el m\u00e1s importante de la industria al reconocer la labor de aquellos que con su trabajo, <strong>contribuyen al crecimiento, desarrollo<\/strong>\u00a0y buenas pr\u00e1cticas del sector.<\/p>\n<p>En cada edici\u00f3n del premio asisten <strong>personalidades \u00edconos del la industria de la vivienda<\/strong> como desarrolladores, funcionarios p\u00fablicos, representantes del sector bancario, as\u00ed como otros actores que trabajan para impulsar el crecimiento del sector en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El Premio HyM naci\u00f3 en el 2002 con el objetivo de reconoces a los agentes que, desde su trinchera, implementan las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en materia de desarrollo y financiamiento de vivienda. As\u00ed, en la primera edici\u00f3n del tambi\u00e9n llamado &#8216;Oscar de la vivienda&#8217;, el <strong>Consejo Editorial de Centro Urbano<\/strong> entreg\u00f3 por primera vez el reconocimiento en dos categor\u00edas: <strong>Sector P\u00fablico, <\/strong>que galardon\u00f3 a\u00a0Luis de Pablo Serna, director de la entonces Compa\u00f1\u00eda Luz y Fuerza de M\u00e9xico; y <strong>Sector Privado<\/strong>, para Jos\u00e9 Manuel Agudo Rold\u00e1n, presidente de Hipotecaria Su Casita.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de 22 a\u00f1os, el Premio ha galardonado a Francisco Gil D\u00edaz, Vicente Fox, Lydia \u00c1lvarez, Enrique Vainer, Guillermo Babatz, Germ\u00e1n Ahumada Russek, Eduardo Osuna, Silvia Anzorena, Mauricio Vila, Enrique Margain Pitman, Sara Topelson, Jorge Mendoza, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el Premio HyM ha contado con diversas y majestuosas sedes, las cuales han <strong>contribuido a exaltar los valores de la vivienda<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/arquitectura-2\/sedes-del-premio-hym\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Palacio de Bellas Artes<\/a><\/strong>, joya de la arquitectura y referente de los espacios culturales fue la\u00a0<strong>primera sede del galard\u00f3n<\/strong>.
