Labor que busca solucionar el aumento de la demanda de financiamientos para la compra de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha colaboraci\u00f3n contempla la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong> que le permitan a ambas empresas <strong>brindar una mayor seguridad a sus clientes<\/strong>. En ese sentido, la colaboraci\u00f3n contempla que Cibergesti\u00f3n <strong>implement<\/strong><strong>e <\/strong><strong>tecnolog\u00eda desde el onboarding<\/strong> del cliente en la red de oficinas y br\u00f3kers de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/creditaria-llegara-mil-franquicias\/\">Creditaria<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Acci\u00f3n que agilizar\u00e1 el levantamiento de informaci\u00f3n certera, lo que dar\u00e1 paso a un <strong>proceso eficiente<\/strong> y completo <strong>en todas sus partes, <\/strong><strong>calificaci\u00f3n, certificaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Del mismo modo, las herramientas digitales brindar\u00e1n mayor certeza al momento de validar los documentos del cliente durante el tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que, el trabajo de Creditaria reforzar\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n con sus socios de negocio, los principales bancos e instituciones financieras, lo que contribuir\u00e1 a la agilizaci\u00f3n de la evaluaci\u00f3n crediticia. Por ello, codas las operaciones aceptadas contar\u00e1n <strong>con <\/strong><strong>est\u00e1ndares para el <\/strong><strong>otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito hipotecario<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de que los <strong>perfiles de los clientes y <\/strong><strong>oferta de cada instituci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n enlazados<\/strong> seg\u00fan las necesidades del pr\u00f3ximo acreditado.<\/p>\n<p>Acerca del acuerdo, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Borbolla, CEO Latam de Cibergesti\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el cr\u00e9dito hipotecario mostr\u00f3 gran resiliencia, no obstante, es <strong>importante reforzar y mejorar sus procesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl proceso de cr\u00e9dito para el mercado hipotecario mexicano ha demostrado con el tiempo que tiene cimientos robustos, se ha fortalecido en las crisis y mostrado resiliencia en momentos complejos como los a\u00f1os de pandemia por la Covid 19.
