{"id":143862,"date":"2023-11-06T09:00:30","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T15:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=143862"},"modified":"2023-11-06T00:04:08","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T06:04:08","slug":"gabriela-carrillo-premio-dorfman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/arquitectura-2\/gabriela-carrillo-premio-dorfman\/","title":{"rendered":"Gabriela Carrillo gana Premio Dorfman de la Real Academia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Gabriela Carrillo comenz\u00f3 su taller hom\u00f3nimo en 2019, y se enfoca en el dise\u00f1o de proyectos como museos, hoteles, conjuntos residenciales y comunitarios<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La arquitecta mexicana <strong>Gabriela Carrillo<\/strong> fue nombrada ganadora absoluta del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/arquitectura-2\/arquitectura-finalistas-premio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Premio Dorfman 2023<\/a><\/strong>de la Real Academia, galard\u00f3n que reconoce a las pr\u00e1cticas arquitect\u00f3nicas m\u00e1s destacadas del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia de premiaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo el pasado 2 de noviembre en el Teatro de Conferencias Benjamin West, en Londres, donde <strong>Gabriela Carrillo<\/strong> recibi\u00f3 el galard\u00f3n gracias a la claridad y precisi\u00f3n de su trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, durante este evento se llevaron a cabo las presentaciones de los proyectos finalistas provenientes de M\u00e9xico, Espa\u00f1a y Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>jurado<\/strong> del premio, que en esta edici\u00f3n estuvo conformado por Carlos Pastor Santa Maria, Ed Tibuzzi, Beate Engelhorn, Sandra Woodall, Frederick Cooper, Ele Carpenter, Sadia Shirazi, Libby Minoprio , Marina Engel, Fernando Tapia, entre otros arquitectos reconocidos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gabriela Carrillo<\/strong> es cofundadora del <strong>colectivo C733<\/strong>, centrado en el dise\u00f1o de proyectos p\u00fablicos; y, en 2019, comenz\u00f3 su <a href=\"https:\/\/gabrielacarrillo.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>taller hom\u00f3nimo<\/strong> <\/a>como un espacio colaborativo e interdisciplinario desde el quehacer arquitect\u00f3nico, enfocado en proyectos como museos, hoteles, conjuntos residenciales y comunitarios.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, ha sido miembro del <strong>Sistema de Creadores de Arte<\/strong>, y desde 2021 es acad\u00e9mica de la <strong>Academia de Arquitectura de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>; as\u00ed como de la <strong>Facultad de Arquitectura de la UNAM<\/strong> desde 2003, donde actualmente dirige el seminario de investigaci\u00f3n y titulaci\u00f3n Estudio RX. Tambi\u00e9n ha impartido clases en Harvard GSD, Kent State University y el programa WAVE en Venecia, Italia, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, el trabajo de <strong>Carrillo<\/strong> ha sido exhibido y premiado en diversas bienales nacionales e internacionales; adem\u00e1s de que ha recibido reconocimientos como el Emerging Voices Award en 2014, la C\u00e1tedra Federico Mariscal, el m\u00e1ximo reconocimiento a la pr\u00e1ctica profesional otorgado por la Facultad de Arquitectura de la UNAM, la M\u00e9daille d\u2019OR de la Academia Francesa de Arquitectura, \u2018Arquitecta del A\u00f1o\u2019 por Architectural Review en Londres en 2017 y por Architectural Digest M\u00e9xico en 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gabriela Carrillo comenz\u00f3 su taller
