La Secretar\u00eda del Medio Ambiente de la CDMX (Sedema) imparti\u00f3 el pasado 14 de agosto el taller sobre la Modificaci\u00f3n al Programa de Certificaci\u00f3n de Edificaciones Sustentables (PCES) a socios ADI. En la reuni\u00f3n la dependencia resalt\u00f3 que en esta nueva etapa de redujeron los tr\u00e1mites para obtener el distintivo, el cual trae beneficios fiscales en el Impuesto Predial y de N\u00f3mina.<\/span><\/p>\n

El PCES es un programa de autorregulaci\u00f3n que tiene por objetivo que las edificaciones adopten criterios de sustentabilidad con la finalidad de generar beneficios ambientales y sociales para sus usuarios y los ciudadanos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre los beneficios que se destacan al sumarse a este programa son: a) reducci\u00f3n de carga en redes de energ\u00eda y agua, b) disminuci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono, c) valorizaci\u00f3n y reciclaje de residuos, d) fomento de compras verdes y materiales reciclados, y e) acciones de conservaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas verdes.<\/span><\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n el programa ser\u00e1 autorregulable por parte de los promoventes, quienes podr\u00e1n determinar sus metas de acuerdo a sus consumos, los cuales podr\u00e1n ser determinados por su historial, para ello deber\u00e1n de cumplir con dos comprobantes que se dividen en t\u00e9cnicos y financieros.<\/span><\/p>\n

El programa va dirigido a las personas f\u00edsicas o morales, propietaria de las edificaciones de la ciudad en etapas de dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n que est\u00e9n destinadas a uso habitacional, comercial, de servicios, recreativos, espect\u00e1culos y usos mixtos.
