{"id":14347,"date":"2015-01-15T10:13:40","date_gmt":"2015-01-15T16:13:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=14347"},"modified":"2015-01-15T10:13:40","modified_gmt":"2015-01-15T16:13:40","slug":"oficializa-gdf-subsidios-a-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/oficializa-gdf-subsidios-a-predial\/","title":{"rendered":"Oficializa GDF subsidios a predial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El beneficio ser\u00e1 en inmuebles de uso habitacional o mixto con valor catastral entre 976,444 y 1,952,889 pesos<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno de la CDMX oficializ\u00f3 hoy el subsidio al impuesto predial para personas con viviendas con un valor inferior cercano a los dos millones de pesos y con veh\u00edculos cuyo importe -despu\u00e9s de calculado el factor de depreciaci\u00f3n- sea un m\u00e1ximo de 250,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la\u00a0<em>Gaceta Oficial del Distrito Federal<\/em>\u00a0publicada hoy, la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas dio legalidad a los subsidios anunciados con la aprobaci\u00f3n del paquete fiscal 2015.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Habr\u00e1 para los contribuyentes m\u00e1s de 4,000 puntos de pago, la\u00a0<em>app<\/em>\u00a0Tesorer\u00eda CDMX, adem\u00e1s de pagos en abonos a meses sin intereses v\u00eda tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito y pl\u00e1sticos con puntos. Los programas y beneficios iniciaron el pasado primero de enero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el subsidio a predial, \u00e9ste\u00a0ser\u00e1 otorgado por el Gobierno del Distrito Federal para los inmuebles de uso habitacional o mixto con valor catastral entre 976 mil 444 y un mill\u00f3n 952 mil 889 pesos. El apoyo ser\u00e1 equivalente al 50, 35 y 25 por ciento para los rangos E, F y G, respectivamente, del art\u00edculo 130, fracci\u00f3n I del C\u00f3digo Fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El subsidio correspondiente al rango G, ya fue incorporado por vez primera en la boleta predial, por lo que se elimina la necesidad de acudir a las oficinas de la tesorer\u00eda a solicitarlo.\u00a0Para el caso de operaciones de compra-venta y de adquisici\u00f3n de nuevas construcciones, los propietarios tendr\u00e1n derecho a un subsidio equivalente a 100% de la diferencia que exista entre el impuesto calculado a partir del aval\u00fao comercial y el que corresponda a su valor en catastro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los contribuyentes que en 2014 incumplieron el pago de predial y no hicieron uso del apoyo para los rangos E, F y G del art\u00edculo 130, fracci\u00f3n I del C\u00f3digo Fiscal, tendr\u00e1n derecho al porcentaje de subsidio que correspondiente a ese a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios tendr\u00e1n vigencia a partir del primero de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2015, salvo el caso previsto en el inciso c) del p\u00e1rrafo anterior, el cual estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el 30 de junio de 2015.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
