Esto ha permitido que el crowdfunding inmobiliario se considere como una oportunidad de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Plataformas de Fondeo Colectivo (Afico), indic\u00f3 que del 2018\u00a0a 2022, se acumularon 9,000 millones de pesos (mdp) para financiar proyectos inmobiliarios. Mientras que las inversiones a trav\u00e9s del <strong>crowdfunding aumentaron en un 40% <\/strong>al t\u00e9rmino del 2022; es decir, fueron registradas 800,000 cuentas de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Iv\u00e1n Carmona, cofundador de <a href=\"https:\/\/100ladrillos.com\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=Performance_Brand_21\/09&amp;utm_id=20580054685&amp;utm_term=100%20ladrillos&amp;utm_content=674761937730&amp;creative=corporativo&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwyY6pBhA9EiwAMzmfwbN3qu4oEypKfhe8ZGuflu6cIIZ1-P2JJZKg2QlPQpTc-eKyx9N_ZRoC8V0QAvD_BwE&amp;adgroup=159522165811&amp;matchtype=b&amp;adposition=&amp;network=g&amp;device=c&amp;devicemodel=&amp;placement=&amp;target=&amp;gad=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">100 Ladrillos<\/a>, plataforma de crowdfunding inmobiliario, resalt\u00f3 que el nearshoring es un sector que continuar\u00e1 en crecimiento e impulsando el desarrollo de otras industrias.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl nearshoring atrajo las miradas de las grandes desarrolladoras de bienes ra\u00edces, as\u00ed que podemos decir que no es un tema de moda o algo pasajero, sino que lleg\u00f3 para quedarse y seguir\u00e1 atrayendo mucho movimiento econ\u00f3mico en el sector inmobiliario\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Acerca de <strong>la instalaci\u00f3n del nearshoring<\/strong>, las empresas han optado, principalmente, por <strong>ubicarse en la frontera norte<\/strong> de M\u00e9xico. Por lo que, de acuerdo con Carmona, Texas se ha convertido en un estado atractivo para los mexicanos en Estado Unidos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTexas cuenta con uno de los mercados inmobiliarios m\u00e1s din\u00e1micos y s\u00f3lidos de los Estados Unidos, haci\u00e9ndolo atractivo para inversores mexicanos que buscan diversificar al invertir en la moneda y econom\u00eda m\u00e1s fuertes del mundo\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Siguiendo esa l\u00f3gica, durante el inicio del 2023 se registr\u00f3 una demanda total de 505,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de naves industriales, de los cuales, los <strong>estados fronterizos acumulan pr\u00e1cticamente el<\/strong><strong> 80% de las empresas<\/strong>. Dichas compa\u00f1\u00edas pertenecen a la relocalizaci\u00f3n de autoparteras, tecnol\u00f3gicas, manufactureras y automotrices.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, 100 Ladrillos busca colocar 300 mdp, de los cuales, 150 mdp estar\u00edan relacionados con el segmento de naves industriales, incentivando as\u00ed la inversi\u00f3n en bodegas y naves en M\u00e9xico y Estados
