As\u00ed mismo, se hablo de los retos que la industria deber\u00e1 afrontar, adem\u00e1s de los que deber\u00e1n pasar sus trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>En el panel \u2018Nearshoring y la vivienda\u2019, Jos\u00e9 Luis Ram\u00edrez, especialista en desarrollo urbano y territorial explic\u00f3 que este sector representa una <strong>oportunidad de expansi\u00f3n del comercio y las inversiones extranjeras. <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDe manera tal que el nearshoring se da como un incentivo, m\u00e1s com\u00fan factor que catapulta esta din\u00e1mica que ya ven\u00eda viviendo M\u00e9xico desde que nos hab\u00edamos iniciado a abrir a libre comercio\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ese sentido, los participantes en el panel se\u00f1alaron que el <strong>nearshoring afronta diversos retos en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>, como la falta de infraestructura carretera, el servicio de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y agua entre otros, temas que son atendidos por los gobiernos mexicanos. No obstante, Ram\u00edrez resalt\u00f3 que <strong>M\u00e9xico a\u00fan no cuenta con estrategias de desarrollo urbano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cUna declaraci\u00f3n del economista responsable para M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina del Banco Mundial dice que M\u00e9xico tiene el riesgo de perder la oportunidad de aprovechar el nearshoring si no resuelve problemas muy serios de infraestructura (\u2026) infraestructura de comunicaciones, infraestructura aduanal y otros servicios, particularmente de log\u00edstica. Lo que cabr\u00eda preguntar al economista del Banco Mundial es, \u00bfy la vivienda?\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De modo que, el especialista resalt\u00f3 que es importante que se establezca un <strong>plan para la construcci\u00f3n ordenada de vivienda<\/strong> en las zonas donde hay o habr\u00e1 empresas, esto para que los <strong>trabajadores puedan vivir cerca de sus centros laborales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo es posible que estemos pensando en inversiones y en creaci\u00f3n de industrias (\u2026) si no se piensa en la vivienda de los trabajadores que van a hacer posible que funcionen esas f\u00e1bricas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 (\u2026) no estamos haciendo una pol\u00edtica industrial, y a lo cual quisiera yo agregar, desde mi punto de vista, que tampoco tenemos una clara pol\u00edtica de desarrollo regional y urbano\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Acerca de la vivienda para los trabajadores, Ram\u00edrez resalt\u00f3 que las viviendas a construir deben ser accesibles para los trabajadores ya que el nearshoring ofrece sueldos un tanto disparejos, por lo que, <strong>los empleados de menor sueldo no podr\u00edan acceder a un inmueble cercano al lugar donde labora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa industria tiene una particularidad en materia laboral, y es que genera empleos de muy altos salarios y de muy bajos salarios, hay una suerte de vac\u00edo en los niveles intermedios que hacen, por tanto, que vayamos a tener y los dirigentes sindicales que est\u00e1n ac\u00e1 lo sabr\u00e1n mucho mejor y muy bien vamos a tener trabajadores derechohabientes calificados para cr\u00e9dito, pero demandando vivienda de precios de 500,000 o 600,000 pesos\u201d indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente, Ram\u00edrez puso un ejemplo de empresas que llegaron a regiones que no hay vivienda cercana disponible para sus colaboradores.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c\u00bfD\u00f3nde se va a esta instalar Tesla? \u00bfQu\u00e9 va a pasar? Tendremos mano de obra que vive por Santa Catarina y viene todos los d\u00edas a trabajar hasta Pesquer\u00eda y va a faltar mano de obra en aquel lugar, lo dejo solamente como un tema de reflexi\u00f3n sobre la irracionalidad en que probablemente estemos cayendo y que es urgente que (\u2026) empresarios, junto con sindicatos y con gobierno, planifiquen el tema, capaciten a tiempo, y
