Fundaci\u00f3n Construyendo y Creciendo tiene el objetivo de brindar educaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n laboral<\/em>
\npara los trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n instalando aulas en su mismo lugar de trabajo.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Construyendo y Creciendo<\/a> inicia en 2006 por Jos\u00e9 Shabot Cherem<\/strong> <\/em>al darse cuenta que
\nmuchos de los trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n no sab\u00edan leer ni escribir<\/strong><\/em>, por lo que comenz\u00f3 a darles clases en su mismo lugar de trabajo con el prop\u00f3sito de que el aprendizaje les permitiera obtener
\nuna mejor calidad de vida<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Es as\u00ed como nace dicha fundaci\u00f3n, con la misi\u00f3n y objetivo de ofrecer educaci\u00f3n formal de calidad a<\/strong><\/em>
\nlos trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>, incentiv\u00e1ndolos a concluir su educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior<\/strong><\/em>, en aras de alcanzar desarrollo personal, social y econ\u00f3mico que les brinde mayores oportunidades<\/strong><\/em> a ellos, a sus familias y a nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Actualmente, con 17 a\u00f1os de trayectoria<\/strong><\/em> han instalado 52 aulas de estudio en 20 estados de la<\/strong><\/em>
\nRep\u00fablica Mexicana, impactando a m\u00e1s de 30 mil trabajadores,<\/strong><\/em> adem\u00e1s cuentan con aulas m\u00f3viles<\/strong><\/em>,<\/a> las cuales han sido instaladas en espacios p\u00fablicos, lo que les ha permitido no solo impactar de
\nforma positiva a los trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n, sino a comunidades enteras.<\/p>\n

Las aulas de Construyendo y Creciendo son habilitadas dentro de las \u00e1reas de las construcci\u00f3n
\nfacilitando su asistencia, cuentan con servicios de internet, computadoras y todos los insumos<\/strong><\/em>
\nnecesarios para las actividades de aprendizaje.<\/p>\n

Cabe mencionar, que en 2022 durante la pandemia por Covid-19 nacieron las aulas a distancia,<\/em><\/strong>
\nsiendo 71 los espacios que llegaron a diversos estados de la rep\u00fablica como Veracruz, Colima y <\/em><\/strong>Chihuahua, beneficiando a poco m\u00e1s de 3,496 personas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Al ser adultos con los que se trabaja, la educaci\u00f3n se enfoca en brindarles los conceptos b\u00e1sicos para
\nla vida diaria, esto permite una educaci\u00f3n permanente y eficaz<\/strong><\/em>, por lo que los estudiantes concluyen<\/strong><\/em>
\nniveles como alfabetizaci\u00f3n, primaria o secundaria en periodos de 4 a 6 meses aproximadamente.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

La fundaci\u00f3n busca el desarrollo integral de sus estudiantes a trav\u00e9s de tres ejes principales:
\n1. Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>: alfabetizaci\u00f3n, primaria, secundaria, preparatoria, computaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica,
\nintermedia y avanzada.
\n2. Capacitaci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong><\/em>: cursos de oficios como: plomer\u00eda, electricidad, lectura de planos, etc.
\n3. Desarrollo Humano<\/strong><\/em>: educaci\u00f3n para la salud, sexualidad, liderazgo y educaci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Construyendo y Creciendo ha sido acreedora de diferentes premios y reconocimientos<\/strong><\/em>
\ncomo:
\n\u25cf 2013, El Consejo Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n para la Vida y el Trabajo (CONEVyT) el cual les
\notorga el reconocimiento como organizaci\u00f3n de la Sociedad Civil por su compromiso con la
\neducaci\u00f3n de sus beneficiarios.
\n\u25cf 2014, Recibe del Centro Mexicano para la Filantrop\u00eda (CEMEFI), el premio a la solidaridad,
\nfilantrop\u00eda y corresponsabilidad social.
\n\u25cf 2016, Son nominados al premio Confucio de Alfabetizaci\u00f3n de la UNESCO.
\n\u25cf 2018, Recibe el segundo lugar del premio Marcos Katz.
\n\u25cf 2019, Obtiene el segundo lugar del Premio ViVa Idea Schmidheiny como ONG con impacto
\nsocial.<\/p>\n

\u25cf 2020, Gan\u00f3 el premio CEMEX-TEC en la categor\u00eda Emprendedores Sociales.
\n\u25cf 2021, Recibe el Premio UNESCO-Confucio de Alfabetizaci\u00f3n que reconoce el programa de
