{"id":143131,"date":"2023-10-02T16:12:38","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T22:12:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=143131"},"modified":"2023-10-02T21:25:49","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T03:25:49","slug":"bim-cumple-10-anos-para-trascender-en-el-sector-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/bim-cumple-10-anos-para-trascender-en-el-sector-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"BIM cumple 10 a\u00f1os de trascender en el sector vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano es la banca patrimonial con el mayor n\u00famero de desarrolladores y fideicomisos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bim.mx\/\"><strong>Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano (BIM),<\/strong> <\/a>cumple 10 a\u00f1os en el mercado mexicano siendo una<strong>\u00a0instituci\u00f3n de Banca M\u00faltiple<\/strong>\u00a0especializada en otorgar financiamiento para la edificaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y mantenimiento de la\u00a0<strong>industria inmobiliaria de M\u00e9xico,<\/strong>\u00a0ofreciendo a sus clientes todas las herramientas necesarias para su crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El banco comenz\u00f3 como la Fundaci\u00f3n de Apoyo Integral Inmobiliario en 2009 y con el tiempo adquiri\u00f3 la Casa Mexicana SOFOM, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s tarde la Comisi\u00f3n Bancaria Nacional y de Valores autoriz\u00f3 a la entidad a convertirse en un banco.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, <strong>el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/demanda-vivienda-nearshoring-bim\/\">BIM<\/a> reporta ser uno las de seis instituciones bancarias que m\u00e1s fideicomisos otorgan para la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda en M\u00e9xico,<\/strong> con m\u00e1s de 46 mil 500 viviendas financiadas en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os, teniendo una inversi\u00f3n superior a 5 mil 400 millones de pesos y un crecimiento del 25% en nuevos fideicomisos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar,\u00a0que hace poco <strong>Gregorio S\u00e1nchez, director corporativo y de negocios del Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>BIM<\/strong>) estim\u00f3 que el banco colocar\u00eda 12,000 millones de pesos en cr\u00e9ditos\u00a0este 2023; lo que representar\u00eda un incremento del 13% frente a 2022, cuya colocaci\u00f3n fue de 10,460 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, para este a\u00f1o se espera una mayor oferta de viviendas verticales, con balcones, terrazas y espacios pet friendly.
