Instituci\u00f3n de Banca M\u00faltiple, Fideicomiso Irrevocable n\u00famero F\/00854,\u00a0fideicomiso de inversi\u00f3n en bienes ra\u00edces especializado en centros comerciales, anuncia\u00a0que recibi\u00f3 la devoluci\u00f3n del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) correspondiente a la\u00a0adquisici\u00f3n del centro comercial denominado Puerta Texcoco.<\/p>\n<p>El importe de la devoluci\u00f3n\u00a0asciende a la cantidad de 116.02 millones de pesos, de los cuales 113.41 millones de pesos\u00a0corresponden al importe solicitado en la devoluci\u00f3n y 2.6 millones de pesos por concepto\u00a0de actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que estos recursos ser\u00e1n destinados para la consecuci\u00f3n del plan\u00a0de negocios de FibraShop consistente en la adquisici\u00f3n de centros comerciales que\u00a0complementen su portafolio actual, con una visi\u00f3n de generaci\u00f3n de valor para los\u00a0tenedores de nuestros CBFIs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
