Esta acci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n ha <strong>propiciado el crecimiento del ecommerce<\/strong>, ya que ha aprovechado la expansi\u00f3n de los centros log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe a que, de acuerdo con la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana De Parques Industriales Privados (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ampip.org.mx\/\">AMPIP<\/a>), en tres a\u00f1os, los <strong>parques industriales en el pa\u00eds pasaron de 350 a 425<\/strong> distribuidos en 27 estados, no obstante, los espacios se concentran principalmente en las <strong>zonas norte, centro y baj\u00edo de M\u00e9xico. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Mario Miranda, Co-CEO y CRO de Infracommerce Latam, afirm\u00f3 que el ecommerce ha aprovechado l<strong>a nueva oferta industrial <\/strong>en puntos clave del pa\u00eds, de esta forma esta modalidad de comercio cuenta con una <strong>log\u00edstica m\u00e1s eficiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl ecommerce ha sabido usar estos espacios, aprovechando que est\u00e1n ubicados en zonas estrat\u00e9gicas, cerca de las ciudades y \u00e1reas industriales. Si el ritmo de crecimiento de estos parques contin\u00faa, esto se traduce a mayores herramientas de entrega, almacenamiento y log\u00edstica inversa para el comercio digital\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ese sentido, EcommerceDB, analista del mercado, estima que entre el 2022 y el <strong>2027<\/strong> el mercado <strong>crecer\u00e1 a un ritmo anual del 13%, <\/strong>alcanzando as\u00ed, un <strong>valor de 60,700 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> (mdd). Por ello, crecimiento del sector provocar\u00e1 el aumento en la demanda nuevas naves industriales y bodegas, ya no s\u00f3lo dentro de las ciudades.<\/p>\n<h2>Infraestructura industrial para el ecommerce<\/h2>\n<p>Infracommerce Latam se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las dimensiones preferidas son mayores a los 2,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) ubicados a las afuera de ciudades como la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Monterrey, Guadalajara y Nuevo Le\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los especialistas esperan que contin\u00fae la demanda de cedis regionales de entre 3,000 y 10,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n se estima que para el <strong>2025<\/strong>, <strong>sean duplicados los espacios destinados a log\u00edstica<\/strong>. Esto a pesar de que, de acuerdo con Miranda, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, espacios destinados a <strong>servicios de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/amazon-soluciones-ultima-milla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00faltima milla<\/a><\/strong> han aumentado.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHemos notado que los comercios digitales est\u00e1n aprovechando los inmuebles industriales para usarlos como puntos de distribuci\u00f3n, almacenamiento, entrega y sobre todo hay un crecimiento en la log\u00edstica inversa para devolver, reparar o reciclar insumos tanto para el modelo B2B y B2C\u201d, platic\u00f3<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EcommerceDB
