De acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\">Solili<\/a>, agencia de informaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria, dicha absorci\u00f3n ubica al estado como el tercer lugar en el sector, <strong>ubic\u00e1ndose despu\u00e9s de Quer\u00e9taro\u00a0y\u00a0Guanajuato.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, la agencia se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las<strong> construcciones<\/strong>, por el contrario de la demanda bruta industrial, no han aumentado, ya que <strong>114,000 m\u00b2 <\/strong>se encuentran en obra; mientras que, en octubre del 2022, se edificaban 225,000 m\u00b2. Por otra parte, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/cdmx-demanda-industrial\/\">Solili<\/a>, indic\u00f3 que, al t\u00e9rmino del segundo trimestre de este a\u00f1o, <strong>83% de los proyectos en la entidad se encuentran en los corredores San Luis Potos\u00ed &#8211; Villa Arriaga y Zona Industrial San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al <strong>precio de la renta industrial<\/strong>, la empresa resalt\u00f3 que se encuentra <strong>en 4.2 d\u00f3lares por m\u00b2<\/strong>; costo que registr\u00f3 uno de los <strong>aumentos m\u00e1s atenuados<\/strong>, esto con un <strong>2.8% anual<\/strong>. No obstante, este precio representa una ventaja competitiva comparada con otros mercados industriales que presentaron un incremento mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, Solili detall\u00f3 que dentro de SLP, <strong>principalmente se encuentran armadoras de veh\u00edculos <\/strong>como BMW y General Motors. Por ello, la presenta una oportunidad comercial para la instalaci\u00f3n de empresas que ofrezcan servicios de producci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<h2>Demanda bruta industrial, en v\u00edsperas de crecimiento<\/h2>\n<p>Solili resalt\u00f3 que debido la oferta de espacios industriales que tiene <strong>SLP, lograr\u00e1 atraer nuevas inversiones industriales<\/strong>.\u00a0Un ejemplo de ello es,<strong> Kaga electronics<\/strong>, fabricante de aparatos electr\u00f3nicos para veh\u00edculos y aires acondicionados, que anunci\u00f3 que anunci\u00f3 la renovaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de su planta industrial, la cual representa una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>34 millones de d\u00f3lares <\/strong>(mdd).<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>BorgWarner<\/strong> inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de su planta en el Parque Industrial WTC 2, en el municipio de Villa de Reyes de San Luis Potos\u00ed. La inversi\u00f3n se estima en, con una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>198 mdd<\/strong>; la empresa alemana prev\u00e9 terminar esta construcci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la mayor inversi\u00f3n que contempla Solili es de <strong>865 mmd <\/strong>del <strong>Grupo BMW<\/strong>, esto para la instalaci\u00f3n de un centro de manufactura de bater\u00edas que utilizar\u00e1 para la fabricaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. De dicho total, 541 mdd ser\u00e1n destinados para la construcci\u00f3n de una nueva planta que arrancar\u00e1 en el 2024 y que estima comenzar a operar a partir del
