{"id":142193,"date":"2023-08-16T13:18:45","date_gmt":"2023-08-16T19:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=142193"},"modified":"2023-08-16T13:18:45","modified_gmt":"2023-08-16T19:18:45","slug":"credito-infonavit-beneficio-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/credito-infonavit-beneficio-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e9dito Infonavit beneficia solo a algunos trabajadores: encuesta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 10% de los encuestados indicaron que en vez de un cr\u00e9dito Infonavit es mejor usar otros medios como el autofinanciamiento, Fovissste o mediante la banca privada<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con una encuesta, el <strong>33% de los participante<\/strong>s indicaron que los cr\u00e9ditos que ofrece el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/mitos-sobre-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infonavit<\/a>) <strong>solo benefician a algunos derechohabientes<\/strong>. Esto a pesar de que, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el Instituto ha implementado diversos productos y apoyos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.occ.com.mx\/?gclid=CjwKCAjw5_GmBhBIEiwA5QSMxJA64SNimfl_7Jgkz-j4D51LQv4UZoSU6M9s9HXe9AoruiOBt6em1xoC2pIQAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OCCMundial<\/a>, plataforma de bolsa de trabajo, fue el encargado el organismo encargado de realizar dicha encuesta llamada <strong>\u2018Term\u00f3metro Laboral\u2019<\/strong> del 4 al 11 de agosto. La empresa les pregunt\u00f3 a los participantes si consideran que las actualizaciones con las que ahora cuenta el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> lo convierten en un <strong>medio efectivo para comprar una vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el 33% se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito Infonavit s\u00f3lo beneficia unos cu\u00e1ntos; mientras que, el <strong>25%\u00a0asegur\u00f3 que el Instituto no es efectivo<\/strong> y el\u00a015%\u00a0restante de los participantes afirm\u00f3 no estar enterado sobre el tema.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el <strong>28% de los participantes<\/strong> en el \u2018Term\u00f3metro Laboral\u2019 <strong>considera que los financiamientos del Instituto son la mejor opci\u00f3n para adquirir una vivienda<\/strong>. Los participantes en el sondeo consideraron que el cr\u00e9dito del Infonavit sigue siendo el mejor medio para que los trabajadores puedan adquirir una vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe principalmente a tres factores, en primer lugar, al incremento de la l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito, tasas de inter\u00e9s competitivas y finalmente la posibilidad de realizar aportaciones directas al capital de la hipoteca.<\/p>\n<p>Acerca del uso del cr\u00e9dito Infonavit, el <strong>49% de los trabajadores encuestados afirmaron que lo m\u00e1s conveniente es comprar una vivienda<\/strong> o terreno; mientras que el 24% se inclina por el retiro del ahorro de la subcuenta; el 16% prefiere los cr\u00e9ditos del Instituto para la compra de materiales para la construcci\u00f3n y el <strong>10% restante coment\u00f3 que es mejor usar otros medios<\/strong> como el autofinanciamiento, recurrir al Fondo de la Vivienda del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado
