{"id":142083,"date":"2023-08-11T18:41:07","date_gmt":"2023-08-12T00:41:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=142083"},"modified":"2023-08-11T22:41:37","modified_gmt":"2023-08-12T04:41:37","slug":"precio-vivienda-eu-prepandemia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/precio-vivienda-eu-prepandemia\/","title":{"rendered":"Precio promedio de vivienda en EU supera en 46% niveles prepandemia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Adem\u00e1s, de acuerdo con Zillow, las unidades de vivienda tambi\u00e9n pasan m\u00e1s tiempo en el mercado antes de venderse o rentarse<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un informe de la inmobiliaria <strong>Zillow<\/strong>, el va<strong>lor t\u00edpico de la vivienda en<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/venta-vivienda-estados-unidos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Estados Unidos<\/a><\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 los 349,679 d\u00f3lares al cierre de julio; lo que significa un aumento del 46% frente a los niveles previos a la pandemia por Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la firma indic\u00f3 que el <strong>precio de la vivienda<\/strong> en dicho pa\u00eds subi\u00f3 un 0.9% de junio a julio de 2023, un retroceso respecto al crecimiento del 1.4% de los dos meses anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>En el informe se detalla que la ciudad de <strong>Austin<\/strong>, Texas, fue el \u00fanico mercado importante en el que el valor de la vivienda cay\u00f3 de junio a julio, con -0.5%. Mientras que el crecimiento mensual m\u00e1s lento del valor de la vivienda se registr\u00f3 en <strong>San Antonio<\/strong>, Texas, y <strong>Denver<\/strong>, Colorado, con 0.2%; as\u00ed como <strong>Birmingham<\/strong>, Alabama, y <strong>Memphis<\/strong>, Tennessee, con 0.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl mercado inmobiliario est\u00e1 volviendo a los patrones estacionales normales, y eso es una se\u00f1al positiva para los compradores que enfrentaron una dura competencia esta primavera\u201d, dijo <strong>Nicole Bachaud<\/strong>, <strong>economista s\u00e9nior de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zillow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zillow<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA medida que el verano llega a su fin y los ni\u00f1os regresan a la escuela, las compras desde el hogar quedan en un segundo plano.
