{"id":14164,"date":"2015-01-09T11:27:10","date_gmt":"2015-01-09T17:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=14164"},"modified":"2015-01-09T13:40:33","modified_gmt":"2015-01-09T19:40:33","slug":"participara-carso-energy-en-construccion-de-gasoducto-para-eu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/participara-carso-energy-en-construccion-de-gasoducto-para-eu\/","title":{"rendered":"Participar\u00e1 Carso Energy en construcci\u00f3n de gasoducto para EU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Se trata de un ducto de aproximadamente 230 kil\u00f3metros, que proveer\u00e1 gas a las regiones Centro, Norte y Occidente de M\u00e9xico<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad anunci\u00f3 el fallo de la licitaci\u00f3n para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de transporte de gas natural, a trav\u00e9s del gasoducto Waha\u2013Presidio, ambas localidades en el estado de Texas.<\/p>\n<p>El licitante ganador fue el consorcio integrado por las empresas Energy Transfer Partners, LP, Mastec, Inc., y Carso Energy S.A., de C.V.,\u00a0que present\u00f3 una oferta de alto nivel t\u00e9cnico y con la valoraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica m\u00e1s baja.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un ducto de aproximadamente 230 kil\u00f3metros, que proveer\u00e1 gas a las regiones Centro, Norte y Occidente de M\u00e9xico. Se interconectar\u00e1 con el gasoducto Ojinaga\u2013El Encino en Chihuahua, recientemente adjudicado por la CFE. La operaci\u00f3n comercial del gasoducto est\u00e1 programada para marzo de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Por tratarse de servicios contratados en Estados Unidos, la licitaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 conforme a los procedimientos de ese pa\u00eds. El proyecto comprende el dise\u00f1o, ingenier\u00eda, suministro, construcci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del ducto, con capacidad de transporte de 1,350 millones de pies c\u00fabicos diarios y un di\u00e1metro de 42 pulgadas.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto cuenta con la autorizaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda y de la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Energ\u00eda (CRE). Transparencia Mexicana supervis\u00f3 el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n bajo la figura de acompa\u00f1amiento, a efecto de cumplir con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en la materia.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso se recibieron seis propuestas, de las cuales cinco resultaron t\u00e9cnicamente solventes y fueron evaluadas econ\u00f3micamente. La oferta del consorcio integrado por Energy Transfer Partners LP, Mastec, Inc., y Carso Energy S.A., de C.V., por 767 millones 066 mil 497 d\u00f3lares, represent\u00f3 el valor presente neto m\u00e1s bajo. Dicho valor se encuentra por debajo del valor presente neto del presupuesto autorizado para la CFE, que asciende a 1,365 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Energy Transfer Partners LP, uno de los miembros del consorcio ganador, es propietaria y operadora de una considerable cartera de activos en Estados Unidos, que incluye m\u00e1s de 53,000 kil\u00f3metros de gasoductos.<\/p>\n<p>La contrataci\u00f3n de estos servicios forma parte de la estrategia para reducir los costos de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, sustituyendo el uso del combust\u00f3leo por gas natural,
