Social y originaron el 25% de los ingresos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora <strong>Ruba<\/strong> present\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) su reporte de resultados del primer semestre de 2023 (1S2023), en los que destaca un crecimiento de 4.5% en sus <strong>ingresos<\/strong> frente al <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/ruba-2022-ingresos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cierre del 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en este mismo periodo, la firma consigui\u00f3 <strong>escriturar 4,486 viviendas<\/strong>, de las cuales 49% fueron del segmento de <strong>Inter\u00e9s Social<\/strong> y originaron el 25% de los ingresos; mientras que los segmentos Medio y <strong>Residencial<\/strong>, con el 51% de las unidades, generaron el 75% de los ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Y, de igual manera, al cierre del 1S2023, <strong>Ruba<\/strong> report\u00f3 un crecimiento de 3.4% en la <strong>utilidad bruta<\/strong>, y una disminuci\u00f3n en la <strong>utilidad neta<\/strong> de 8.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, desde marzo y mayo de este a\u00f1o, <strong>Fitch Ratings<\/strong> y <strong>S&amp;P Global Ratings<\/strong> ratificaron su calificaci\u00f3n de AA (-) con Perspectiva Estable, que es la nota m\u00e1s alta en la industria en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Y, desde hace 19 a\u00f1os <strong>Ruba<\/strong> se ha mantenido certificada en los primeros sitios del ranking de <strong>Los Mejores Lugares para Trabajar en M\u00e9xico<\/strong> de la agencia Great Place to Work (GPTW).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo obstante que durante la primera mitad de 2023 la econom\u00eda mexicana registr\u00f3 un ritmo de crecimiento mayor al esperado, creemos que los principales retos de la industria siguen siendo la oferta en el <strong>segmento de inter\u00e9s social<\/strong> y la contracci\u00f3n de la demanda en los <strong>segmentos de vivienda media y residencial<\/strong>, principalmente por los efectos de la inflaci\u00f3n y las altas tasas de inter\u00e9s sobre los precios de las viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cY, de frente a los retos del segundo semestre, con certeza nos parece que existen las condiciones necesarias para retomar el crecimiento de la utilidad neta a trav\u00e9s de mayores eficiencias y optimizaci\u00f3n del gasto de administraci\u00f3n y venta\u201d, coment\u00f3 <strong>Jes\u00fas Sandoval Armenta, director
