{"id":141262,"date":"2023-07-20T17:31:17","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T23:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=141262"},"modified":"2023-07-20T18:41:29","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T00:41:29","slug":"ruba-viviendas-interes-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ruba-viviendas-interes-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruba y Musa construyen 14,000 viviendas de inter\u00e9s social en Tijuana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u201cRuba y Musa mantendr\u00e1n el esfuerzo de no abandonar el segmento y dotar de viviendas de inter\u00e9s social con un costo de menos del mill\u00f3n de pesos\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las desarrolladoras <strong>Ruba<\/strong> y <strong>Musa<\/strong> alcanzaron las 14,000 viviendas de inter\u00e9s social construidas en el complejo habitacional \u2018<strong>Desarrollos Natura\u2019<\/strong>, en la ciudad de Tijuana, Baja California.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Ruba, \u2018<strong>Desarrollos Natura\u2019<\/strong> es una miniciudad con una comunidad actual de 54,000 habitantes. Adem\u00e1s, logr\u00f3 la declaraci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Integral Certificado por el Gobierno Federal en el pa\u00eds en 2014, al contar con dos plantas de tratamiento de aguas, dos jardines de ni\u00f1os, tres escuelas primarias y dos secundarias; as\u00ed como seis l\u00edneas de camiones urbanos, estaciones de Cruz Roja, Polic\u00eda, Bomberos, entre otros equipamientos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la entrega simb\u00f3lica de las viviendas, que se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 17 de julio, <strong>Carlos Legarreta,<\/strong> <strong>director de <a href=\"https:\/\/rubaresidencial.com\/ciudad\/tijuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ruba Tijuana<\/a><\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que \u201cen los 14 a\u00f1os que lleva operando Ruba en Tijuana siempre se ha hecho en productiva vinculaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos Municipal, Estatal y Federal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Ruba<\/strong> y <strong>Musa<\/strong> mantendr\u00e1n el esfuerzo de no abandonar el segmento y dotar de <strong>vivienda de inter\u00e9s social<\/strong> con un costo de menos del mill\u00f3n de pesos; as\u00ed como de conservar el modelo de desarrollo comunitario y de convivencia familiar, pues gracias a eso podemos estar viendo mayor orden, limpieza, comunidad, sentido de pertenencia y, por consecuencia, incrementada la plusval\u00eda de los desarrollos\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Arturo Espinoza, <\/strong><strong>secretario de Infraestructura, Desarrollo Urbano y Reordenaci\u00f3n Territorial de Baja California<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que \u201cm\u00e1s familias tijuanenses adquieran su patrimonio formal en una zona segura como \u00e9sta y no en lugares peligrosos e irregulares\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, mencion\u00f3 que el <strong>Programa Estatal de Vivienda de Baja California<\/strong> contempla la desgravaci\u00f3n de los impuestos y derechos que se cobran a la vivienda por parte del Gobierno estatal, a fin de apoyar a la poblaci\u00f3n a incrementar su capacidad de pago.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, <strong>Marina del Pilar \u00c1vila<\/strong>, <strong>gobernadora del estado<\/strong>, resalt\u00f3 la calidad, los servicios, las amenidades y las \u00e1reas verdes de \u2018<strong>Desarrollos Natura\u2019<\/strong>; y, sobre todo, el logro de m\u00e1s familias en su patrimonio propio.<\/p>\n<p>Y, de igual manera, reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de \u201capoyar a desarrolladores responsables y serios con tramitolog\u00eda \u00e1gil y otras facilidades para que exista <strong>mayor oferta de vivienda accesible y de
