{"id":141205,"date":"2023-07-19T16:46:24","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T22:46:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=141205"},"modified":"2023-07-19T18:06:57","modified_gmt":"2023-07-20T00:06:57","slug":"vinte-crecimiento-ingresos-2t2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-crecimiento-ingresos-2t2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Destaca Vinte crecimiento de 8.2% en ingresos durante el 2T2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u201cArrancamos el 2023 con mayores ventas, ingresos y rentabilidad a lo planeado en el plan de negocios anual\u201d, dijo el director general de Vinte<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La inmobiliaria <strong>Vinte<\/strong> present\u00f3 ante la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) sus resultados del segundo trimestre de 2023 (2T2023), en los que destaca un <strong>crecimiento de 8.2% en sus ingresos totales<\/strong>; esto al pasar de 974 millones de pesos (mdp) en el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/vinte-2t2022-ingresos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2T2022<\/a> a 1,054 mdp en el 2T2023.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinte.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">viviendera<\/a> indic\u00f3 que el <strong>EBITDA<\/strong> y la <strong>Utilidad neta<\/strong> del 2T2023 crecieron 18.2% y 17.1% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior, para alcanzar los 227 mdp y 130 mdp, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el <strong>n\u00famero de viviendas escrituradas<\/strong> por Vinte registr\u00f3 un crecimiento anual de 1.5%, y el <strong>precio promedio por vivienda<\/strong> del 2T2023 alcanz\u00f3 los 1.1 mdp, lo que representa un incremento de 6.8% comparado con el 2T2022.<\/p>\n<p>Dichos resultados, de acuerdo con la firma, son gracias a su propuesta de tener diversos <strong>desarrollos de vivienda estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cActualmente, tenemos 14 proyectos activos distribuidos en Estado de M\u00e9xico, Hidalgo, Puebla, Quer\u00e9taro, Quintana Roo y Nuevo Le\u00f3n; zonas que est\u00e1n teniendo una gran oportunidad e impacto positivo por el <strong><em>nearshoring<\/em><\/strong> y el <strong>turismo<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, estos estados est\u00e1n dentro del 40% de la demanda nacional de vivienda\u201d, destac\u00f3 <strong>Sergio Leal Aguirre<\/strong>, <strong>presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Vinte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la firma resalt\u00f3 que, durante la primera mitad de 2023, <strong>Xante<\/strong>, su iBuyer de vivienda usada, alcanz\u00f3 la misma cantidad de operaciones que durante todo el 2022. De esta manera, la proptech acumula m\u00e1s de 90 transacciones desde su inicio de operaciones, lo que incluye 33 adquisiciones, 23 ventas de viviendas usadas y algunos convenios de compra\/venta, hipotecas y equipamientos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArrancamos el 2023 con mayores <strong>ventas<\/strong>, <strong>ingresos<\/strong> y <strong>rentabilidad<\/strong> a lo planeado en el plan de negocios anual. (\u2026) Desde el inicio del a\u00f1o hemos visto un impulso muy importante en las ventas en todos nuestros desarrollos. Nuestros <strong>inventarios de clientes en preventas<\/strong>, acumulado a junio, crecieron un 20.9% comparado al mismo mes del a\u00f1o pasado. Esto implica que podr\u00edamos mejorar nuestro ciclo de capital de trabajo, por lo que esperamos cerrar por cuarto a\u00f1o consecutivo con un flujo de efectivo positivo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3
