Se instalaron varias l\u00edneas. La primera la \u00ab9th Avenue Elevated\u00bb, como muchas otras fue despu\u00e9s desmantelada. Esta en 1940. Quedan restos de estas, hoy claro, pero a partir de 1904 el metro es subterr\u00e1neo. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-141187\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUgIh3WIAAoYMe-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUgIh3WIAAoYMe-1.png 602w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUgIh3WIAAoYMe-1-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/>\n<p>Las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas surgen en \u00e9poca de poca presi\u00f3n urbana ANTES de la creaci\u00f3n del Gran NY. En 1898 surge el NY moderno uniendo a Manhatan\/Bronx con los otros barrios Brooklyn, Queen, State Island. El urbanismo del Grand New York del SXX comienza con el metro enterrado, 1904.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-141188 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUggcFXsAEjIz6-204x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"204\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUggcFXsAEjIz6-204x300.png 204w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUggcFXsAEjIz6-681x1000.png 681w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUggcFXsAEjIz6-768x1127.png 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUggcFXsAEjIz6.png 919w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 204px) 100vw, 204px\" \/>\n<p>Este urbanismo del S XX llega con su masificaci\u00f3n creciente. 3d Av El, derribado en los 50&#8242;, fue una de las \u00faltimas l\u00edneas importantes en desaparecer. Las l\u00edneas elevadas permanecieron en el norte de Manhattan hasta bien entrada la d\u00e9cada de 90&#8242;, cuando tambi\u00e9n fueron sustituidas.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-141189\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUg2epXwAIvwiT.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUg2epXwAIvwiT.png 480w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/FoUg2epXwAIvwiT-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/>\n<p>La densidad, intensidad de vida, utilizaci\u00f3n, presi\u00f3n del espacio urbano y publico lleva a enterrar las l\u00edneas. Se dejan segmentos a\u00e9reos que ya estaban y se modernizan pero los nuevos son enterrados. Lo esencial es la calidad de vida urbana y depende estrictamente de los servicios de proximidad, descentralizados y lugares multi uso que se generen. Prioridad es el dise\u00f1o de servicios, llevar los b\u00e1sicos a los barrios, HABITAR la ciudad y no solo ALOJARSE en unos m2. Encontrar la intensidad de vida y no la obligaci\u00f3n de desplazarse lejos.
