Sin embargo, esas inversiones ya no solo se limitan a <strong>acciones<\/strong>, <strong>divisas<\/strong> o <strong>bitcoin<\/strong>, ya que los <strong>inmuebles<\/strong> han ganado terreno y se han convertido en un bien cada vez m\u00e1s accesible.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, de acuerdo con la plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/crowdfunding-inmobiliario-permite-a-mexicanos-generar-rentas-en-dolares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>100 Ladrillos<\/strong><\/a>, invertir en inmuebles representa un retorno r\u00e1pido, constante y un mayor control de la inversi\u00f3n; as\u00ed como una mayor rentabilidad frente a las otras opciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando se trata de inversiones en la <strong>bolsa de valores<\/strong>, la rentabilidad puede ir del 4 al 11%; y en <strong>bitcoin<\/strong> este retorno es superior, muchas veces superando el 30% o incluso el 80% en sus mejores momentos, pero tiene una gran volatilidad. <strong>Invertir en inmuebles<\/strong>, en cambio, asegura una rentabilidad fija de un 18%, pudiendo alcanzar el 30%, apoyando el crecimiento del patrimonio de las personas\u201d, coment\u00f3 <strong>Iv\u00e1n Carmona<\/strong>, <strong>fundador de la <em>proptech<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que, si bien <strong>invertir en inmuebles<\/strong> puede parecer complicado debido a que los valores van desde el mill\u00f3n de pesos mexicanos hasta los de d\u00f3lares, as\u00ed como las inversiones en la bolsa de valores se tornaron m\u00e1s democr\u00e1ticas, el acceso a la compra de inmuebles tambi\u00e9n lo hizo; esto gracias al <strong><em>crowdfunding<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl <strong><em>crowdfunding <\/em>inmobiliario<\/strong>, o fondeo colectivo, permite que un grupo de personas participe en la compra de un inmueble; lo que abarata costos y genera ganancias a trav\u00e9s de la renta mensual, plusval\u00eda y rendimiento de las propiedades\u201d, explic\u00f3 <strong>Carmona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan estudios de <strong>100 Ladrillos<\/strong>, hoy el 40% de las personas entre los 25 y los 55 a\u00f1os est\u00e1 preocupada por su salud financiera y la opci\u00f3n es generar ganancias significativas. Hay personas que son menos arriesgadas al momento de invertir, que buscan la rentabilidad a largo plazo sin mayores p\u00e9rdidas y otros que prefieren tomar riesgos y ganar m\u00e1s.
