Mientras que durante el segundo trimestre del 2022, la ciudad fronteriza registr\u00f3 77,000 m.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> afirm\u00f3 que la <strong>demanda en Tijuana contin\u00faa en ascenso<\/strong>. Sin embargo, los<strong> desarrolladores han logrado aportar los inmuebles necesarios<\/strong> para abastecer la demanda bruta; ya que, las edificaciones industriales superan los 585,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Como una de las causas del aumento en la <strong>demanda bruta industrial<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/mexicali-preparada-para-satisfacer-la-oferta-industrial-en-la-frontera-solili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solili<\/a> se\u00f1al\u00f3 la cercan\u00eda con Los \u00c1ngeles y San Diego. De manera que estos mercados institucionales crean ventajas en el tiempo de respuesta y plazos de entrega, lo cual es una <strong>caracter\u00edstica atractiva a para las empresas extranjeras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acerca de la <strong>vacancia<\/strong>, la plataforma se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la demanda bruta industrial ha registrado una <strong>ligera recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, debido a que, durante los \u00faltimos 9 meses, el sector ha reportado 1.6%, sin embargo, Solili a\u00fan no confirm\u00f3 su estabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto la posici\u00f3n de la <strong>renta<\/strong>, los <strong>precios promedio tambi\u00e9n se han mantenido al alta<\/strong>. Ya que Tijuana ha reportado 7.6 d\u00f3lares por m\u00b2 mensual al cierre de mayo del 2023, lo cual representa un incremento anual del 23%.
