{"id":140641,"date":"2023-06-19T13:02:09","date_gmt":"2023-06-19T19:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=140641"},"modified":"2023-06-26T13:47:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-26T19:47:32","slug":"reducir-rezago-habitacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/reducir-rezago-habitacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Acreimex, Centro Terwilliger y Holcim buscan reducir el rezago habitacional en Veracruz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El programa ser\u00e1 implementado en Veracruz, debido a que cuenta con el 47.5% de las viviendas en condiciones de rezago habitacional<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <strong>Centro Terwilliger<\/strong> de Innovaci\u00f3n en Vivienda de H\u00e1bitat para la Humanidad, <strong>Acreimex<\/strong> y <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/construccion\/holcim-awards-premios-a-la-innovacion-en-la-construccion-sostenible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Holcim<\/strong><\/a> buscan reducir el rezago habitacional en M\u00e9xico. Por ello, las organizaciones decidieron unir esfuerzos para<strong> brindar viviendas adecuadas<\/strong> a\u00a0 familias de bajos ingresos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De manera que, Acreimex, Centro Terwilliger y Holcim dar\u00e1n la <strong>oportunidad de realizar ampliaciones o mejoras a viviendas<\/strong>. Estos apoyos estar\u00e1n alineados a las capacidades de pago y preferencias de construcci\u00f3n de las familias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>primera fase del proyecto se enfocar\u00e1 en cinco municipios de Veracruz<\/strong>: C\u00f3rdoba, Orizaba, Veracruz Puerto, Boca del R\u00edo, y Tierra Blanca. Ya que de acuerdo con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi) en el 2020,<strong> 95,046 viviendas en condici\u00f3n de rezago habitacional<\/strong> pertenecen a dichos municipios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto se debe a que la Conavi se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>Veracruz ocupa el quinto lugar entre las entidades federativas con mayor rezago habitacional<\/strong>; esto se debe a que el 47.5% de las viviendas se encuentran en esa condici\u00f3n. Asimismo, el Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social (Coneval) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la mayor marginaci\u00f3n se encuentra en las zonas rurales, pues ah\u00ed las familias viven en casas de madera, pisos de tierra y l\u00e1mina de cart\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De manera que, las empresas brindar\u00e1n diversos tipos de apoyo. As\u00ed que el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctivmexico.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Centro Terwilliger de Innovaci\u00f3n en Vivienda de H\u00e1bitat<\/a> para la Humanidad,<strong> brindar\u00e1 asesor\u00eda<\/strong>; Acreimex brindar\u00e1 apoyo mediante<strong> pr\u00e9stamos de acuerdo a los ingresos de cada familia<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s de que Disensa facilitar\u00e1 el<strong> acceso a los materiales para la mejora y construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> de una viviendas
