Por ello, los desarrolladores inmobiliarios han adoptado a la <strong>verticalizaci\u00f3n urbana<\/strong> como un tipo de vivienda por expandir; esto se debe a la <strong>versatilidad que ofrecen los edificios de usos mixtos<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esa manera el<a href=\"https:\/\/begrand.mx\/\"> inter\u00e9s por vivir cerca de servicios<\/a> como comerciales, financieros, educativos, culturales y recreativos, han provocado que los desarrollos verticales busquen incluir la mayor cantidad de servicios con la<strong> mejor ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, el Gran Reporte de Verticalizaci\u00f3n(2) de 4RealState Foresight, arroj\u00f3 que<strong> durante 2022, los desarrollos verticales representaron un 37% de la recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el sector inmobiliario. Por ejemplo, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, l<strong>a demanda en este giro aument\u00f3 un 19%<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s el <strong>87% quienes est\u00e1n en b\u00fasqueda<\/strong> de un inmueble, se interesan por viviendas verticales con usos mixtos que incluyen departamentos, comercios y oficinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Igualmente, 4RealState Foresight asegur\u00f3 que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los ciudadanos buscan aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo su tiempo.
