De esta manera, empezaron a crecer los servicios de tecnolog\u00eda en el sector inmobiliario, a trav\u00e9s de la compra, venta o alquiler de propiedades; as\u00ed como en servicios como la construcci\u00f3n, mantenimiento o administraci\u00f3n de los activos comerciales y residenciales.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, en <strong>Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/strong> este concepto es relativamente nuevo, y, de acuerdo con <strong>Andrea Rodr\u00edguez Valdez<\/strong>, <strong>fundadora de PropTech Latam Summit<\/strong>, desde hace cinco a\u00f1os se ha observado una revoluci\u00f3n importante en la industria inmobiliaria de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La experta agreg\u00f3 que hay algunos mercados m\u00e1s avanzados en el tema de tecnolog\u00eda, como <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, <strong>Colombia<\/strong>, <strong>Brasil<\/strong>, <strong>Chile<\/strong> y <strong>Argentina<\/strong>. Sin embargo, el sector ha crecido de forma importante en toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn toda la regi\u00f3n se est\u00e1 hablando de <strong>proptech<\/strong>. La realidad es que las empresas ya est\u00e1n entendiendo qu\u00e9 tienen que hacer, porque la industria del Real Estate va a migrar hacia lo tecnol\u00f3gico. Y, si no lo hacen, tienen riesgo de desaparecer en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> recalc\u00f3 que en Latinoam\u00e9rica existe una muy amplia oferta de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que han permitido la operaci\u00f3n de miles de startups. Pero las empresas tienen que incorporar estas tecnolog\u00edas, lo cual conlleva un proceso lento y complicado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSon procesos y todo lleva su tiempo. El proceso ahora es entender d\u00f3nde estoy como empresa, hacia d\u00f3nde tengo que ir y qu\u00e9 pasa si no hago ese cambio; creo que es el proceso m\u00e1s interesante que estamos empezando a ver. La <strong>adopci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong> y la transformaci\u00f3n digital de las empresas no es nada f\u00e1cil\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>El futuro del Proptech en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Andrea Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> consider\u00f3 que vienen unos a\u00f1os bastante interesantes y con mucho crecimiento para el sector <strong>proptech<\/strong> en Latinoam\u00e9rica; en los que las empresas inmobiliarias, las constructoras, los agentes y todos los que participan en la industria inmobiliaria van a entender el valor de la tecnolog\u00eda y comenzar\u00e1n a invertir en ello.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEse es un paso importante que dinamiza mucho a la industria. Yo creo que se vienen unos a\u00f1os realmente buenos para el <strong>proptech<\/strong> en Latinoam\u00e9rica, sin duda\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, afirm\u00f3 que el mayor reto que se vislumbra a futuro es el convencimiento de los corporativos, constructoras, desarrolladores y br\u00f3kers de que tienen que virar hacia la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de que las <strong>startups<\/strong> deben estar preparadas para los inversores que quieren entrar en Latinoam\u00e9rica; es decir, tener modelos de negocio sostenibles en el tiempo, que no dependan solamente del dinero de los inversores.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>PropTech Latam Summit 2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Finalmente, la empresaria record\u00f3 que, del 5 al 9 de junio se realizar\u00e1 el <strong>PropTech Latam Summit 2023<\/strong> en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; el evento m\u00e1s importante de Latinoam\u00e9rica en la materia.<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00edder y fundadora del evento explic\u00f3 que \u00e9ste se cre\u00f3 en 2018 como parte de la plataforma <strong>PropTech Latam<\/strong>; misma que tiene el objetivo de promover la innovaci\u00f3n y la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda para la industria del Real Estate en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta edici\u00f3n del <strong>Summit<\/strong> se tiene preparada toda una semana de actividades que definir\u00e1n el rumbo del sector para los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os.
