Espec\u00edficamente, mencion\u00f3, factores como el nearshoring y el friendshoring ser\u00e1n un revulsivo importante para este tipo de producto, pues van a crear \u201cuna demanda sin precedentes\u201d.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En entrevista con Inversi\u00f3n Inmobiliaria, el empresario destac\u00f3 que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se ha observado una tendencia en la que cada vez m\u00e1s empresas optan por contratar espacios flexibles de trabajo. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que ante la llegada de nuevas firmas a trav\u00e9s del nearshoring, esta tendencia se mantendr\u00e1 y se robustecer\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl potencial (del coworking) es enorme, seguir\u00e1 estable y creciendo, pues m\u00e1s empresas lo demandan, porque ya conocen sus beneficios. Adem\u00e1s, el nearshoring y friendshoring estar\u00e1n creando una demanda sin precedentes de estos espacios para poder llegar a M\u00e9xico a enfocarse en su negocio para crecer y tener \u00e9xito sin tener que destinar tiempo y esfuerzo a la administraci\u00f3n de una oficina\u201d.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Presidente de IOS Offices destac\u00f3 que la empresa que encabeza buscar\u00e1 capitalizar esta serie de oportunidades que se perciben en el panorama. El reto, dijo, ser\u00e1 generar las condiciones para ofrecer las mejores opciones en cuanto a espacios colaborativos de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEstamos enfocados en ser la mejor opci\u00f3n para cualquier empresa y persona que busca crecer en nuestro pa\u00eds. Este ha sido nuestro enfoque en los m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os operando. As\u00ed, con la llegada de inversi\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, con sus grandes, medianas y peque\u00f1as empresas se est\u00e1 demandando mayor espacio de oficinas, pero sobre todo, planes flexibles y hechos a la medida, adem\u00e1s de la capacidad de movilidad en m\u00faltiples ciudades y de forma simult\u00e1nea para los equipos; y, ser parte de una comunidad nacional que permite tener una red de apoyo de m\u00e1s de 20,000 socios a lo largo y ancho de pa\u00eds\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garc\u00eda Iza mencion\u00f3 que a partir de la pandemia, se ha concretado un escenario en el que el mercado demanda cada vez m\u00e1s espacios de coworking. Incluso, se\u00f1al\u00f3, a partir de la contingencia, se ha notado que empresas que antes no ve\u00edan al coworking como una opci\u00f3n, hoy han puesto los ojos en el modelo.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSe ha palpado una gran tendencia en diferentes tipos de empresas que antes no ve\u00edan el coworking como una opci\u00f3n propia. Muchas empresas han optado por migrar hacia un coworking ya que ven los innumerables beneficios de ello (\u2026) Grandes corporativos de alcance global, nacional, regional; as\u00ed como peque\u00f1as empresas y emprendimientos. Prepandemia muchos corporativos optaban por espacios propios; ahora, cada vez m\u00e1s empresas prefieren ser parte de una comunidad de negocios adem\u00e1s de los beneficios de contar con oficinas que tienen alcance en 12 ciudades al mismo tiempo, con espacios a la medida, flexibles, sin tener espacios ociosos y gastos innecesarios\u201d.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align:
