{"id":139766,"date":"2023-05-09T13:32:34","date_gmt":"2023-05-09T18:32:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=139766"},"modified":"2023-05-09T13:32:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-09T18:32:34","slug":"reduccion-limite-de-velocidad-zonas-escolares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/reduccion-limite-de-velocidad-zonas-escolares\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban Senadores reducci\u00f3n de l\u00edmite de velocidad en zonas escolares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reducci\u00f3n del l\u00edmite de velocidad est\u00e1 incluida dentro de las metas internacionales de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU, estos buscan una movilidad segura para el peat\u00f3n<\/span><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pasado 28 de abril el <strong>Senado de la Rep\u00fablica aprob\u00f3<\/strong> una reforma a la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial; esta cuidar\u00e1 que sea implementado un <strong>nuevo l\u00edmite de velocidad<\/strong>. As\u00ed los autos que circulen por <strong>v\u00edas adyacentes a escuelas<\/strong>, hospitales, albergues y asilos deber\u00e1n hacerlo a <strong>20 kil\u00f3metros por hora<\/strong> (km\/h).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<strong> objetivo<\/strong> de esta iniciativa es buscar la <strong>reducci\u00f3n de los accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong>, as\u00ed como las muertes que provocan. Ya que, la probabilidad de que un peat\u00f3n muera por un incidente causado por un auto que circula a 50 km\/h es de m\u00e1s del 80%; mientras que el porcentaje reduce a 10% si el veh\u00edculo va a 30 km\/h y alrededor del 5% si va a 20km\/h.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importancia de reducir el l\u00edmite de velocidad<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, datos del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inegi.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INEGI<\/a>) se\u00f1alan que<strong> durante el 2021<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico, los <strong>incidentes de tr\u00e1nsito son la primera causa de muerte<\/strong> para las <strong>personas de entre 5 y 29 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Asimismo los accidentes viales fueron la primera causa de muerte en ni\u00f1os de entre 5 y 14 a\u00f1os; y la segunda causa de muerte para j\u00f3venes de entre 15 y 24 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En consecuencia, la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, senadores y organizaciones civiles como el Instituto de Recursos Mundiales M\u00e9xico (WRI M\u00e9xico); al Instituto de Pol\u00edticas para el Transporte y el Desarrollo (ITDP por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y la Coalici\u00f3n Movilidad Segura trabajaron para promover la reforma a la Ley por una <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/urbanismo\/con-re-creando-calles-cuautitlan-izcalli-busca-una-movilidad-segura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">movilidad segura<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ello, ahora el pa\u00eds cuenta con<strong> cuatro reglamentos de tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong>, los cuales pertenecen a los estados de<strong> Colima, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Jalisco <\/strong>y <strong>Baja California Sur<\/strong>. Respecto al cambio en el art\u00edculo 49 de la LGMSV, los autos tendr\u00e1n un<strong> l\u00edmite de velocidad de 20 km\/h<\/strong> en entornos escolares, zonas de hospitales, asilos, albergues y casas hogar; por otro lado, en las zonas donde las escuelas se\u00a0 ubiquen\u00a0 en <strong>v\u00edas primarias<\/strong> y carreteras, el l\u00edmite ser\u00e1 de hasta <strong>30 km\/h<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, la reducci\u00f3n de la velocidad est\u00e1 incluida dentro de las metas internacionales de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU (Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas).
