Y, a decir de Ren\u00e9 Jaime Mungarro, Director General de la empresa, \u201cestamos convencidos que nos encontramos en nuestro mejor momento tanto operativa como financieramente para aprovechar las oportunidades que se nos presenten\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del reporte de resultados correspondiente al primer trimestre del 2023 (1T2023), el directivo destac\u00f3 que el inicio del a\u00f1o para Vinte fue de grandes resultados. Esta posici\u00f3n s\u00f3lida, enfatiz\u00f3, le permite a la firma mirar el resto del a\u00f1o de manera optimista y en condiciones de aprovechar las oportunidades que se presenten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIniciamos el 2023 con excelentes resultados, reflejados en un crecimiento del 17.2% en ingresos netos, por arriba de nuestra gu\u00eda de resultados de 10% a 15%. Este crecimiento fue impulsadas por un incremento del 6.9% en el n\u00famero de viviendas escrituradas y un crecimiento en el del 9.4% en el precio promedio. Los crecimientos en EBITDA y en utilidad neta tambi\u00e9n estuvieron por encima del plan de negocios.<\/p>\n<p>A decir del Ren\u00e9 Jaime Mungarro, para lo que resta de 2023, la empresa que encabeza tendr\u00e1 como objetivo mantener los esfuerzo para diversificar la oferta de vivienda. La intenci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3, ser\u00e1 robustecer la flexibilidad del modelo de negocio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cContinuamos diversificando nuestra oferta de vivienda por proyectos, plazas y segmentos, impulsando as\u00ed el crecimiento en escrituraci\u00f3n de vivienda y obteniendo una mayor flexibilidad operativa que nos permite satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes, con un menor riesgo para cumplir con nuestro plan de negocios anual\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior, el Director General de Vinte mencion\u00f3 que en el horizonte, se mantiene como prioridad mejorar la rentabilidad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda; esto, sumado a consolidar una empresa sustentable, con mayores rendimientos para los inversionistas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el trimestre redujimos nuestro apalancamiento Deuda Neta \/ EBITDA a 2.86x, comparado con 3.20x en el 1T\u201922, en l\u00ednea con nuestro objetivo para el a\u00f1o de continuar reduciendo el apalancamiento. Contamos con 704 millones de pesos en caja y con l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito disponibles a largo plazo, reflejando la confianza de la banca en Vinte. El flujo de efectivo tambi\u00e9n muestra una tendencia muy positiva, mejorando as\u00ed la posici\u00f3n de la empresa para su continuo crecimiento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hacia delante, concluy\u00f3, existe la confianza de que Vinte mantenga el camino por la senda del crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos convencidos que nos encontramos en nuestro mejor momento tanto operativa como financieramente para aprovechar las oportunidades que se nos presenten.
