Mediante este programa la administraci\u00f3n capitalina eliminar\u00e1 el adeudo predial de los ciudadanos anteriores al 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, jefa de Gobierno de la ciudad indic\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n capitalina realizar\u00e1 la condonaci\u00f3n en autom\u00e1tico; es decir, los capitalinos no tendr\u00e1n la necesidad de tramitar dicho beneficio. El programa solamente aplicar\u00e1 en inmuebles habitacionales con un valor catastral de m\u00e1ximo 2,559 millones de pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al respecto, Luz Elena Gonz\u00e1lez Escobar, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.finanzas.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SAF<\/a>), detall\u00f3 que el gobierno capitalino ha identificado un total de 481,833 hogares con adeudo predial anterior al 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Te puede interesar <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/descuentos-en-testamentos-y-escrituras-jornada-notarial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Con descuentos en testamentos y escrituras, inicia la Jornada Notarial<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-4 col-12 padding-r\">\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLo que estamos haciendo es borrar de forma autom\u00e1tica todos los adeudos anteriores a 2017, incluidos 2017, del impuesto predial de estos hogares. (&#8230;) las personas no tendr\u00edan que presentar el tr\u00e1mite de prescripci\u00f3n, este beneficio es totalmente gratuito y autom\u00e1tico\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, la secretaria de la SAF explic\u00f3 que durante lo que resta del mes de abril y en el mes de mayo, la Secretar\u00eda notificar\u00e1 a los hogares de su beneficio mediante este programa. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstante, en caso de que las viviendas beneficiadas tengan adeudos a partir del a\u00f1o 2018, los capitalinos deber\u00e1n ponerse al corriente con los pagos necesarios.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La condonaci\u00f3n del adeudo predial s\u00f3lo aplica en pagos anteriores al 2017;
