Adem\u00e1s de que la vialidad representa una mayor conectividad entre el Golfo de M\u00e9xico y el oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico; esto mediante v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed lo asegur\u00f3 Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, presidente de M\u00e9xico, durante una conferencia de prensa. En el mismo acto, Raymundo Morales \u00c1ngeles, director general del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/ciit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Corredor<\/a> Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec, indic\u00f3 que la<strong> rehabilitaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas<\/strong> tiene un <strong>79.39% de avance<\/strong>; dicho proceso terminar\u00e1 por lo que en agosto de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante esta labor, el Gobierno Federal modernizar\u00e1<strong> 227 kil\u00f3metros (km) de v\u00edas<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s de 82 puentes, 290 obras de drenaje; as\u00ed como los puertos de Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz y Salina Cruz, Oaxaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Del mismo modo, el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico, dentro de las obras complementarias, contempla la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de nueve estaciones<\/strong> de pasajeros, siete laderos; igualmente dos estaciones de abastecimiento, siete talleres, cuatro patios; as\u00ed como un centro \u00fanico de control y despacho y dos cocheras.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infraestructura que compone el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morales \u00c1ngeles se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la <strong>infraestructura ferroviaria<\/strong> est\u00e1 dividida en tres:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00ednea Z con 308 km de extensi\u00f3n. Este tramo conecta el Golfo de M\u00e9xico con el oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico; para ello, pasa desde el puerto de Coatzacoalcos en Veracruz hasta Salina Cruz en Oaxaca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La L\u00ednea FA cuenta con 329 km. va desde Coatzacoalcos a Palenque en el estado de Chiapas; esta parte tendr\u00e1 una interconexi\u00f3n con el Tren Maya.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00ednea K, con 459 km, enlaza de Ixtepec en Oaxaca, a Ciudad Hidalgo en Chiapas, zona que llega a los l\u00edmites con Guatemala.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante parques industriales, el corredor generar\u00e1 empleos\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otra parte, L\u00f3pez Obrador resalt\u00f3 que a lo largo de la ruta del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico hay <strong>diez parques industriales<\/strong>, los cuales ser\u00e1n generadores de empleos. De manera que, debido a las instalaciones y a la vialidad, el<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/istmo-de-tehuantepec-es-una-oportunidad-pero-falta-entenderla-sergio-arguelles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> Istmo de Tehuantepec<\/strong><\/a> se convierte en ambiente <strong>atractivo para los negocios y la inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, tanto nacional como extranjera.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cImag\u00ednense el Istmo, son diez parques industriales, cada parque son en promedio 300 hect\u00e1reas, ah\u00ed se van a instalar empresas, va a haber trabajo. Esto es el futuro para el Istmo, para las nuevas generaciones\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, Morales \u00c1ngeles coment\u00f3 que la <strong>ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de dichos parques permite una <strong>\u00f3ptima conectividad terrestre y mar\u00edtima<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s de que contar\u00e1n con facilidades en el
