{"id":138401,"date":"2023-03-06T17:13:51","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T23:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=138401"},"modified":"2023-03-06T20:16:28","modified_gmt":"2023-03-07T02:16:28","slug":"fitch-ratings-calificacion-ruba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fitch-ratings-calificacion-ruba\/","title":{"rendered":"Fitch Ratings reafirma calificaci\u00f3n AA-(mex) de Ruba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El director general de Ruba expres\u00f3: \u201cesta ratificaci\u00f3n de nota representa un aval de alta relevancia al manejo y en el rumbo de la empresa<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La agencia global <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/fitch-ratings-ruba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fitch Ratings<\/strong> <\/a>ratific\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n <strong>AA-(mex) con Perspectiva Estable<\/strong> que asign\u00f3 a la desarrolladora <strong>Ruba<\/strong> en mayo de 2022; la cual es la nota m\u00e1s alta que la calificadora ha otorgado a una desarrolladora de vivienda en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>En su dictaminaci\u00f3n anual 2023, la agencia destac\u00f3 que dicha calificaci\u00f3n se debi\u00f3 a la capacidad de <strong>Ruba<\/strong> para ajustarse a la demanda del mercado; esto sin perder su rentabilidad ni tendencia de crecimiento<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, agreg\u00f3 que la <strong>calificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> incorpora un buen acceso a l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito, bajo nivel de apalancamiento y liquidez robusta; lo que se traducen en una fuerte estructura de capital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs as\u00ed que la calificaci\u00f3n de <strong>Ruba<\/strong> se sustenta en la diversificaci\u00f3n tanto geogr\u00e1fica como de producto y la flexibilidad que tiene para modificar su mezcla de ventas; as\u00ed como la estructura s\u00f3lida de capital y los niveles bajos de apalancamiento\u201d, se\u00f1ala el informe de Fitch Ratings.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, como <strong>factores clave de calificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la agencia detall\u00f3 los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Estructura de capital fuerte<\/strong>. En noviembre de 2022, Ruba amortiz\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de un certificado burs\u00e1til y termin\u00f3 el a\u00f1o sin deuda financiera en su balance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diversificaci\u00f3n de ingresos adecuada<\/strong>. Las operaciones de Ruba cuentan con una diversificaci\u00f3n de ingresos, geogr\u00e1fica y por segmentos, que le permite mitigar ciclos adversos en la industria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resultados operativos s\u00f3lidos<\/strong>. La calificaci\u00f3n de Ruba refleja la estrategia de maximizar la rentabilidad a trav\u00e9s de crecimiento org\u00e1nico, estructura s\u00f3lida de capital y flexibilidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modelo de negocio sustentado en desempe\u00f1o<\/strong>. De igual manera, la estrategia de Ruba se enfoca en ofrecer productos de acuerdo a las necesidades y requerimientos del mercado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cEsta ratificaci\u00f3n de <strong>nota \u2018AA-(mex)\u2019<\/strong> representa un aval de alta relevancia al manejo y en el rumbo de la empresa.
