{"id":138285,"date":"2023-03-01T14:46:57","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T20:46:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=138285"},"modified":"2023-03-01T14:46:57","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T20:46:57","slug":"con-30000-mdp-sedatu-trabaja-para-reducir-el-rezago-habitacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/con-30000-mdp-sedatu-trabaja-para-reducir-el-rezago-habitacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Con 30,000 mdp, Sedatu trabaja para reducir el rezago habitacional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el 2019 y hasta la fecha, la Sedatu ha atendido a m\u00e1s de 1,500 mill\u00f3n de personas para garantizarles una vivienda adecuada y reducir el rezago habitacional en m\u00e1s de 1000 municipios de todo el pa\u00eds<\/span><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el 2019, la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/sedatu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sedatu<\/a>) ha invertido m\u00e1s de 30,000 millones de pesos (mdp) para la entrega de apoyos para la mejora de vivienda. Con estos fondos, la Secretar\u00eda ha entregado 381, 659 subsidios gratuitos y sin intermediarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3\u00a0 Edna Vega Rangel, subsecretaria de Ordenamiento Territorial y Agrario de la Sedatu durante la conferencia de prensa matutina. En su participaci\u00f3n, la funcionaria indic\u00f3 que la entrega de los apoyos est\u00e1 dirigida a familias en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza, marginaci\u00f3n, riesgo, vulnerabilidad y rezago habitacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De modo que, desde el 2019 y hasta la fecha, la Sedatu ha atendido a m\u00e1s de 1,500 mill\u00f3n de personas para otorgarles una vivienda adecuada en m\u00e1s de 100 municipios de todo el pa\u00eds. Con este programa, la Secretar\u00eda ha entregado 168,725 apoyos con m\u00e1s de 8,00 mdp; mientras que este a\u00f1o, Sedatu entregar\u00e1 56,655 subsidios para lo cual invertir\u00e1 2,000 mdp.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa de Vivienda Social (PVS)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Del mismo modo, con PVS, la Secretar\u00eda ha entregado 85,130 apoyos con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 8,000 mdp; asimismo, durante el 2023, la Sedatu entregar\u00e1 8,000 subsidios gracias a una inversi\u00f3n de 2,000 mdp. Este programa tiene el objetivo de que\u00a0 familias que se encuentran en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza y sin acceso a un financiamiento puedan obtener una vivienda adecuada.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa Nacional de Reconstrucci\u00f3n (PNR)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Igualmente, Vega Rangel se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con este programa de reconstrucci\u00f3n, la Secretar\u00eda ha entregado 60,750 apoyos, para lo que fue necesaria una inversi\u00f3n de\u00a0 9,000 mdp; para este a\u00f1o, esta modalidad entregar\u00e1 2,382 apoyos con una inversi\u00f3n de 500 mdp. El PNR est\u00e1 enfocado principalmente en atender a los municipios afectados por los sismos de 2017 y 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el 2019
