{"id":138153,"date":"2023-02-27T13:07:08","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T19:07:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=138153"},"modified":"2023-02-27T13:07:08","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T19:07:08","slug":"nearshoring-podria-aumentar-las-exportaciones-globales-de-mexico-y-latinoamerica-jll","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/nearshoring-podria-aumentar-las-exportaciones-globales-de-mexico-y-latinoamerica-jll\/","title":{"rendered":"Nearshoring podr\u00eda aumentar las exportaciones globales de M\u00e9xico y Latinoam\u00e9rica: JLL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Banco Interamericano estima que M\u00e9xico podr\u00eda aportar cerca de 35,300 mdd en exportaciones derivado del nearshoring<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante las \u00faltimas investigaciones realizadas por la empresa JLL, se encontr\u00f3 una estimaci\u00f3n hecha por el <em>Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo<\/em> (BID), en la cual se contempla que el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/mercado-de-capitales-podria-reabrirse-en-mexico-gracias-al-nearshoring-funo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nearshoring<\/a> <strong>podr\u00eda aumentar las exportaciones globales de Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong> y <strong>el Caribe<\/strong> en 78,000 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd). No obstante, de esta cifra, <strong>M\u00e9xico ser\u00eda el principal jugador<\/strong>, ya que <strong>aportar\u00eda el 45% de la actividad<\/strong>, equivalente a 35,300 millones.<\/p>\n<p>Para <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JLLMexico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JLL<\/a>, esta situaci\u00f3n se debe a que el fen\u00f3meno impulsa el inicio de nuevos proyectos industriales en el pa\u00eds. Sin embargo, estos resultados se dar\u00e1n gracias a<strong> dos grandes beneficios<\/strong> con los que cuenta el pa\u00eds. Primero, <strong>incentivado por la cercan\u00eda de M\u00e9xico con Estados Unidos<\/strong>, lo que reduce costos y soluciona el inconveniente log\u00edstico provocado por las largas distancias.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cM\u00e9xico posee una ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en t\u00e9rminos de industria y esto debe ser bien aprovechado, a\u00fan m\u00e1s dentro del contexto en el que se vive, en el que la log\u00edstica del transporte internacional ha sido gravemente afectada y se necesitan encontrar soluciones r\u00e1pidas\u201d, coment\u00f3 Arturo Ba\u00f1uelos, director de proyectos y desarrollos de JLL.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Segundo, el <em>Tratado de Libre Comercio entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1<\/em> (TMEC), que permite la integraci\u00f3n de empresas en el bloque econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo este contexto, Ren\u00e9 Morlet, Director de Proyectos Industriales de JLL, resalt\u00f3 que<strong> el sector automotriz fue de los m\u00e1s beneficiados<\/strong> por el nearshoring. Debido a ello, <strong>la industria de autopartes<\/strong> se posicion\u00f3 como la principal receptora de inversiones por el nearshoring, con el 37% del total.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el <strong>principal pa\u00eds de origen<\/strong> de estas inversiones fue China con el 40%, de acuerdo con los datos del sector automotriz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Banco
