Los esquemas de cr\u00e9dito son 7\u00d75, pagos oportunos y valora, que aplican para sus productos Confinavit, Apoyo Infonavit y Cuenta Infonavit + Cr\u00e9dito Scotiabank, para que el cliente pueda elegir entre las diferentes opciones que ofrece el banco.<\/li>\n<li>Construir, a trav\u00e9s de su producto Construye tu Casa, los clientes tienen la opci\u00f3n de construir su vivienda en terreno propio o incluir la adquisici\u00f3n del terreno.<\/li>\n<li>Renueva tu Casa les permite ampliar o remodelar la vivienda actual o la que deseen comprar.<\/li>\n<li>Con Transfiere tu Cr\u00e9dito los clientes pueden realizar la portabilidad a Scotiabank, para mejorar las condiciones financieras y obtener liquidez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para tramitar cualquiera de estos <strong>esquemas de cr\u00e9dito de Scotiabank<\/strong>, los clientes deben acudir a cualquier sucursal del banco, con un ejecutivo especializado o con un ejecutivo broker a nivel nacional y cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A partir de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Comprobar ingresos m\u00ednimos de 7,000 pesos con Apoyo Infonavit, o de 10,000 MXN sin Apoyo Infonavit.<\/li>\n<li>Comprobante de ingresos.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con una antig\u00fcedad m\u00ednima de dos a\u00f1os entre el empleo actual y el anterior.<\/li>\n<li>Presentar la solicitud de cr\u00e9dito.<\/li>\n<li>Identificaci\u00f3n
