Mediante este programa, la administraci\u00f3n capitalina destinar\u00e1 recursos a 1000 unidades habitacionales de inter\u00e9s social para que reciban mantenimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de la Procuradur\u00eda Social de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prosoc.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prosoc<\/a>), el GCDMX busca beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 2.3 millones de personas al atender las necesidades de su hogares. Por medio de Asambleas Ciudadanas, la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Programas Sociales pretende realizar visitas a las Unidades Habitacionales para conocer las solicitudes de los ciudadanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las necesidades de los habitantes no s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1n atendidas en cuesti\u00f3n de infraestructura, tambi\u00e9n en trabajo. Ya que la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Fomento al Empleo de la CDMX brindar\u00e1 trabajo temporal a vecinos de las Unidades; estas acciones formar\u00e1n parte del programa en Trabajo en TUnidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrantes de\u00a0 Bienestar en Unidades Habitacionales<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para poder atender las solicitudes de los habitantes, este programa se compone de dos modalidades: Mejorando TUnidad y Diario en TUnidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejorando TUnidad est\u00e1 enfocado realizar obras de mejora, mantenimiento medio y mayor; as\u00ed como la rehabilitaci\u00f3n o construcci\u00f3n en espacios y bienes comunes. Dichos trabajos son realizados por cuadrillas de mantenimiento menor que atienden cada \u00e1rea com\u00fan definida. Esta modalidad beneficiar\u00e1 al menos a 200 Unidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo incluir una Unidad al programa?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto a la inscripci\u00f3n al programa, las Unidades deben pertenecer al Padr\u00f3n Preliminar del Programa Social; para la formaci\u00f3n del mismo, la Prosoc va a considerar las solicitudes de inclusi\u00f3n recibidas durante los ejercicios fiscales 2019, 2020, 2021 y 2022; adem\u00e1s de las que la Procuradur\u00eda reciba el ejercicio fiscal 2023, la fecha l\u00edmite es el 30 de junio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de tener dudas respecto a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bienestar en Unidades Habitacionales, los habitantes pueden <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solicitar informaci\u00f3n en las instalaciones de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Programas Sociales de la Procuradur\u00eda Social de lunes a jueves de 10:00 a 18:00 horas y viernes de 10:00 a 15:00 horas.
