{"id":137257,"date":"2023-01-24T12:36:32","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T18:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=137257"},"modified":"2023-01-24T12:36:32","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T18:36:32","slug":"infonavit-ofrece-apoyo-en-esta-cuesta-de-enero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-ofrece-apoyo-en-esta-cuesta-de-enero\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit ofrece apoyo en esta cuesta de enero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En Mi Cuenta Infonavit, <\/em><em>de<\/em><em> acuerdo a su informaci\u00f3n personal, <\/em><em>cada acreditado va a encontrar\u00a0<\/em><em>las opciones de apoyos que el Instituto tiene disponibles<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el objetivo de que los trabajadores tengan asegurado su patrimonio y su econom\u00eda no se vea afectada en el proceso, el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) tiene disponibles diversos apoyos. Mediante las modalidades los derechohabientes podr\u00e1n seguir al corriente con los pagos de sus cr\u00e9ditos a pesar de la cuesta de enero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infonavit tiene alternativas diversas que se ajustan a las situaciones y capacidades de pago de diversos acreditados. Estos apoyos van desde el pago del 10% de la mensualidad hasta aplazar los pagos por 24 meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguro de Desempleo\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Seguro de Desempleo o Fondo de Protecci\u00f3n de Pagos (FPP) es la modalidad en la que el acreditado solamente pagar\u00e1 el 10% de la mensualidad, el 90% restante lo cubrir\u00e1 el Instituto. En este caso, el trabajador s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 usar el apoyo por m\u00e1ximo seis meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para realizar una solicitud para este apoyo, el derechohabiente deber\u00e1 revisar si es susceptible, esta informaci\u00f3n se encuentra en su Estado de Cuenta y puede ser revisado en l\u00ednea en Mi Cuenta Infonavit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soluci\u00f3n a Tu Medida<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otra parte, esta variante va a reducir hasta por un a\u00f1o los pagos del cr\u00e9dito. Este beneficio aplica en financiamientos calculados en\u00a0 Veces Salario M\u00ednimo (VSM) o en pesos, originadas hasta el 2017. Soluci\u00f3n a Tu Medida, en comparaci\u00f3n con otras modalidades, s\u00ed puede ser renovable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Te pude interesar <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/en-el-2023-los-creditos-infonavit-en-vsm-aumentaran-un-5-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">En el 2023, los Cr\u00e9ditos Infonavit en VSM aumentar\u00e1n un 5.2%<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-4 col-12 padding-r\">\n<div class=\"perfil-left\">\n<div class=\"icon icon-profile perfil-icon-left\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dictamen de Capacidad de Pago<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante el Dicten el Infonavit va a reducir, de manera temporal, el pago mensual del cr\u00e9dito; dicho c\u00e1lculo se va a basar en los ingresos y gastos del acreditado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00f3rroga por P\u00e9rdida de Relaci\u00f3n Laboral<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstante, si el titular del cr\u00e9dito fue despedido, puede utilizar la Pr\u00f3rroga por P\u00e9rdida de Relaci\u00f3n Laboral. A trav\u00e9s de este apoyo, el acreditado podr\u00e1 aplazar sus pagos por m\u00e1ximo 12 meses consecutivos o 24 meses discontinuos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El lapso de tiempo lo va a determinar el a\u00f1o en el que el cr\u00e9dito fue originado. Infonavit aplica de manera autom\u00e1tica esta soluci\u00f3n en caso de que el derechohabiente no realice ning\u00fan pago.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para obtener
