{"id":136729,"date":"2023-01-10T08:33:09","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T14:33:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=136729"},"modified":"2023-01-10T12:18:59","modified_gmt":"2023-01-10T18:18:59","slug":"alcanza-finsa-ocupacion-al-99-en-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/alcanza-finsa-ocupacion-al-99-en-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcanza FINSA ocupaci\u00f3n al 99% en 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La empresa FINSA destac\u00f3 que el sector manufactura y el nearshoring fueron actores principales en el crecimiento de la demanda 2022<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>segmento industrial fue uno de los m\u00e1s prol\u00edferos<\/strong> durante 2022, muestra de ello es la desarrolladora mexicana<strong> FINSA, que anunci\u00f3 un 2022 con ocupaci\u00f3n del 99% de sus portafolios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sobre la situaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/finsaintl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el CEO<\/a> de FINSA, <strong>Sergio Arg\u00fcelles declar\u00f3 que el sector manufactura fue uno de los principales actores del a\u00f1o.<\/strong> Ya que, las exportaciones aumentaron al 17%, y de productos extra estos aumentaron en 50% hacia Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El principal m\u00f3vil de la situaci\u00f3n fue el nearshoring<\/strong> benefici\u00f3 a gran parte de las empresas, y que continuar\u00e1 con panorama positivo por lo menos en los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El ese sentido,<strong> FINSA report\u00f3 el nuevo desarrollo \u2018FINSA Jalisco El Salto\u2019<\/strong>, con 40 hect\u00e1reas de extensi\u00f3n que dar\u00e1n pie a un edificio multidivisional. Por lo cual, se podr\u00e1 atender la demanda de espacios industriales que genera el nearshoring dentro del estado.<\/p>\n<h2>FINSA registra absorci\u00f3n neta 3.2 millones m2 en M\u00e9xico<\/h2>\n<p>De forma general, <strong>la desarrolladora present\u00f3 un balance general del mercado nacional<\/strong>, en las conclusiones <strong>se registr\u00f3 una absorci\u00f3n neta de 32 millones de metros cuadrados (m2)<\/strong>. Con ello, se reflej\u00f3 el incremento del 28% respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dentro del informe la empresa present\u00f3 las cinco plazas con mayor absorci\u00f3n<\/strong> neta del pa\u00eds, encabezado por <em>Monterrey<\/em>. En segundo lugar se encontr\u00f3 <em>Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Saltillo<\/em> en tercera posici\u00f3n, <em>Reynosa<\/em> en cuarta y <em>Chihuahua<\/em> en quinta.<\/p>\n<h3>Pacto mundial de las naciones unidas<\/h3>\n<p>Por otra parte, <strong>la empresa se uni\u00f3 al pacto mundial de las Naciones Unidas<\/strong> en cumplimiento de objetivos con metas Ambiental, Social y Gobernanza (ASG). A la par, se logr\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n LEED para 538,000 metros cuadrados de construcci\u00f3n de naves industriales.<\/p>\n<p>Adicional a ello, <strong>durante el a\u00f1o FINSA logr\u00f3 ahorrar un 94% en el consumo de energ\u00eda<\/strong> dentro de Aguascalientes. Debido a la implementaci\u00f3n de paneles fotovoltaicos para alimentar las \u00e1reas comunes de las plantas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La empresa FINSA
