El costo de este tr\u00e1mite va a depender del valor total de la vivienda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con Leonardo Gonz\u00e1lez, Analista Real Estate de <a href=\"https:\/\/propiedades.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Propiedades.com<\/a> el costo del proceso de escrituraci\u00f3n va a oscilar entre el 4% y 7% del valor de la propiedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otros puntos a considerar para determinar el costo de las escrituras son: impuestos, los honorarios del Notario P\u00fablico y la inscripci\u00f3n al Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad (RPP). Del mismo modo, el propietario debe pagar el Impuesto Sobre Adquisici\u00f3n de Inmuebles (ISAI); este pago depende de la entidad en la que se encuentre el inmueble.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el costo de las escrituras?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que las escrituras sean leg\u00edtimas es necesario que un Notario P\u00fablico est\u00e9 presente durante el proceso; cada estado del pa\u00eds establece los honorarios del funcionario. Gonz\u00e1lez indic\u00f3 que el mismo Notario realizar\u00e1 todo el procedimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl mismo notario es el encargado de retener el monto por el ISAI, as\u00ed como la cantidad necesaria para efectuar la inscripci\u00f3n de la escritura en el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con Infonavit, el costo de la escrituraci\u00f3n oscila entre los 3,000 pesos hasta los 8,500 pesos. Mientras que el registro ante el RPP va a depender tipo de inmueble; en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, este costo va desde los 1,700 pesos hasta 17,500 pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios de hacer el tr\u00e1mite?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El especialista de Propiedades.com segur\u00f3 que la escrituraci\u00f3n es un tr\u00e1mite indispensable; de esta forma los due\u00f1os del inmueble podr\u00e1n disponer de la propiedad en caso de que quieran:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vender la propiedad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizar un traspaso de dominio a otro propietario, v\u00eda donaci\u00f3n o sucesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contratar una hipoteca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ejercer la prima de un
