Para ello, se tendr\u00e1n que <strong>abrazar ventajas y superar con resiliencia los retos que se presenten a lo largo de los trimestres:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como primer punto, el director ejecutivo de\u00a0Strategic Business Intelligence\u00a0de <a href=\"https:\/\/newmark.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newmark<\/a>, Sergio P\u00e9rez destac\u00f3 que <strong>el pa\u00eds deber\u00e1 adaptarse a la tecnolog\u00eda y conseguir m\u00e1s ingenieros<\/strong>. Puesto que la ausencia se mano de obra calificada podr\u00eda ser una amenaza, pero tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad, puesto que las vacantes brindar\u00e1n mejores salarios y empleos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, <strong>otro problema al que se enfrentar\u00e1 el pa\u00eds ser\u00e1 la energ\u00eda<\/strong>, ya que los mercados europeos buscar\u00e1n la relocalizaci\u00f3n en pa\u00edses que posean precios competitivos. Esto debido a los altos precios que transitan los pa\u00edses, por lo que ser\u00e1 un factor decisivo para su llegada.<\/p>\n<p>Sumado a ello, <strong>M\u00e9xico presentar\u00e1 el fen\u00f3meno de la clusterization<\/strong>. Por lo que, en medida que el producto de las f\u00e1bricas arribe, habr\u00e1 m\u00e1s localizaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n entre el extremo europeo y mexicano. Y, con ello, los proveedores locales tendr\u00e1n que moverse.<\/p>\n<h2>Ventajas en M\u00e9xico para el nearshoring<\/h2>\n<p>En cuanto a las ventajas, las situaciones laborales que presentan Canad\u00e1 y Estado Unidos comienzan a obligar la fabricaci\u00f3n de productos automotrices en M\u00e9xico. Dicha situaci\u00f3n estima un gran movimiento para el pa\u00eds, ya que, se cuentan con m\u00e1s de 45 tratados de libre comercio, lo que permite la fabricaci\u00f3n y f\u00e1cil exportaci\u00f3n de partes a Am\u00e9rica del norte y el resto del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre ello, l<strong>os mercados del norte, en especial Monterrey, cuentan con grandes predicciones para 2023<\/strong>. Por ejemplo; en mayo del a\u00f1o pasado, este mercado logr\u00f3 llegar a los 356 nuevos proyectos de nearshoring, de los cuales 17 de ellos eran chinos.<\/p>\n<p>Las ciudades fronterizan poseen la ventaja del cruce con Estado Unidos, por lo que los clientes pueden visitar ambos mercados. Esta situaci\u00f3n, sumado a <strong>los arribos de comerciantes extranjeros, lograron que M\u00e9xico se posicionar\u00e1 como el principal socio comercial de Am\u00e9rica del Norte,<\/strong> algo
