Estas son las m\u00e1s comunes:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es complicado realizar un trato de arrendamiento<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualmente, la tecnolog\u00eda ha permitido reducir los requisitos y facilitar el proceso de renta de una vivienda; adem\u00e1s de que ha mejorado la seguridad en el arrendamiento. Al eliminar las inseguridades, las plataformas evitan tropiezos en la operaci\u00f3n y brindan transparencia y seguridad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usar la tecnolog\u00eda para rentar una casa es complicado<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El uso de la tecnolog\u00eda para el arrendamiento no es dif\u00edcil, por el contrario, resulta ser muy beneficioso. Las plataformas permiten concretar la operaci\u00f3n con transparencia en menos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de 24 horas, sin importar si los inquilinos son extranjeros, for\u00e1neos y sin aval, y que pueden ser generados contratos e incluso incluir la firma electr\u00f3nica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el ofertador puede actualizar el estado y oferta de la propiedad, as\u00ed podr\u00e1 mantenerse a la vanguardia del mercado de las rentas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se venden m\u00e1s casas de las que se rentan<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las personas creen que las casas que se rentan son menores a las que se venden y no es as\u00ed.
