{"id":136321,"date":"2022-12-22T15:09:24","date_gmt":"2022-12-22T21:09:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=136321"},"modified":"2022-12-22T15:09:24","modified_gmt":"2022-12-22T21:09:24","slug":"reto-de-edificios-eficientes-busca-reducir-un-20-el-consumo-energetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/reto-de-edificios-eficientes-busca-reducir-un-20-el-consumo-energetico\/","title":{"rendered":"Reto de Edificios Eficientes busca reducir un 20% el consumo energ\u00e9tico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>El<\/em> Reto de Edificios Eficientes indic\u00f3 que las edificaciones consumen alrededor del 18% de la energ\u00eda total del pa\u00eds<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante la iniciativa Reto de Edificios Eficientes (REE), el Instituto de Recursos Mundiales M\u00e9xico (<a href=\"https:\/\/wrimexico.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WRI M\u00e9xico<\/a>, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) busca incentivar la reducci\u00f3n del consumo energ\u00e9tico en un 20%. El REE contempla dividir el programa en tres fases.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es por esa raz\u00f3n, el Reto busca el apoyo del gobierno federal, gobiernos locales y organizaciones aliadas para que se sumen a la iniciativa y que sus edificios reduzcan su consumo energ\u00e9tico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El REE tiene planeado llevar a cabo el reto en tres fases. En la primera fase, la iniciativa espera reducir un 10% el consumo, en la segunda fase el 5%, y la tercera fase, el \u00faltimo 5 por ciento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WRI M\u00e9xico se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las edificaciones consumen alrededor del 18% de la energ\u00eda total del pa\u00eds; adem\u00e1s de que son responsables del 12% del total de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Reto de Edificios Eficientes es parte de los proyectos Acelerador de Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica en Edificaciones (BEA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s); ambos se encuentran dentro de la iniciativa de Energ\u00eda Sostenible para todos (SEforALL) de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gobiernos participantes en el REE<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CDMX\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El actual Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 trabajando en la iniciativa mediante la Secretar\u00eda del Medio Ambiente (Sedema). En un periodo del 2020-21, la ciudad implement\u00f3 la primera fase del REE con apoyo t\u00e9cnico de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para el Uso Eficiente de la Energ\u00eda (Conuee) y de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM). Durante esta fase, participaron nueve empresas las cuales inscribieron 27 edificaciones con un total de 14,180 usuarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el periodo 2022-2023, la administraci\u00f3n capitalina va a contar con el apoyo de Conuee, UNAM y el Laboratorio Nacional de Lawrence Berkeley (LBNL). En esta ocasi\u00f3n participar\u00e1n 11 empresas, quienes han inscrito 26 edificaciones, lo que suma un total de 22,604 usuarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y otras medidas, las empresas participantes buscan trabajar en las medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica necesarias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la ciudad participan empresas como JLL, Citibanamex, PUMA M\u00e9xico, C&amp;A M\u00e9xico, Innes Aire, IBALCA, Alsea, CEMEX, Zentrix, 3M y la UAM Azcapotzalco.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sonora<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Ecolog\u00eda y Desarrollo Sustentable (CEDES), el gobierno de Sonora tambi\u00e9n implement\u00f3 la primera fase del REE durante el 2020-2021. La administraci\u00f3n sonorense recibi\u00f3 apoyo t\u00e9cnico de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para el Uso Eficiente de la Energ\u00eda (Conuee); en esta etapa participaron ocho empresas con ocho edificaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante este 2022, Sonora trabaj\u00f3 en la segunda fase del Reto, en esta ocasi\u00f3n participaron cuatro y cuatro edificaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monterrey<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, en el 2022, el gobierno de Monterrey puso en marcha la primera fase de la iniciativa mediante la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible (Seduso) y con apoyo de un Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico Asesor integrado por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conuee<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tec de Monterrey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UDEM<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bioconstrucci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energ\u00eda Alternativa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Johnson Controls<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ASHRAE Cap\u00edtulo Monterrey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00faster Energ\u00e9tico de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta etapa participan 19
