{"id":135820,"date":"2022-11-28T14:45:12","date_gmt":"2022-11-28T20:45:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=135820"},"modified":"2022-11-28T14:45:12","modified_gmt":"2022-11-28T20:45:12","slug":"aprueban-senadores-armonizar-leyes-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/aprueban-senadores-armonizar-leyes-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban senadores armonizar leyes de movilidad y seguridad vial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con un nuevo proyecto, el Senado busca controlar las regulaciones de los caminos en el pa\u00eds; adem\u00e1s de sensibilizar a los conductores acerca de movilidad y seguridad vial, entre otras acciones<\/em> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Zonas Metropolitanas y Movilidad del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senado.gob.mx\/64\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Senado<\/a> de la Rep\u00fablica aprob\u00f3 un proyecto para armonizar las leyes de Caminos, Puentes y Autotransporte Federal; de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico; y de Infraestructura de Calidad, con respecto a la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante el dictamen aprobado, el Senado busca que en cuanto a la administraci\u00f3n, seguridad, reconstrucci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de tramos de carreteras federales, los gobiernos estatales, municipales y las alcald\u00edas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico no podr\u00e1n sobre regularlos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por el contrario, el \u00f3rgano legislativo indica que ser\u00e1 la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) quien regule la expedici\u00f3n de licencias; adem\u00e1s de verificar que las entidades y municipios cumplan con las disposiciones del art\u00edculo 52 de la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Te puede interesar<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/urbanismo\/ley-de-movilidad-especifica-para-16-entidades-federativas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Ley de Movilidad espec\u00edfica para 16 entidades federativas<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-4 col-12 padding-r\">\n<div class=\"perfil-left\">\n<div class=\"icon icon-profile perfil-icon-left\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De igual manera, de acuerdo con el Senado, la SICT deber\u00e1 tener un registro de las licencias otorgadas; tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 que integrarlas a la Base de Datos sobre Movilidad y Seguridad Vial correspondiente, para remitirlas al Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Territorial y Urbano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acciones y sanciones establecidas<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este nuevo proyecto contempla que en el Reglamento respectivo est\u00e9 establecido que en caso de ser sorprendido manejando bajo el influjo del alcohol o cualquier droga, psicotr\u00f3pico o estupefaciente, deber\u00e1n entregar sus licencias federales por al menos seis meses; adem\u00e1s de las disposiciones relativas al tr\u00e1nsito vehicular.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Zonas Metropolitanas y Movilidad tambi\u00e9n tiene contemplada la implementaci\u00f3n de programas y acciones con el objetivo de educar y sensibilizar a los conductores en materia de movilidad y seguridad vial. El fin de este trabajo es fomentar la cultura y h\u00e1bitos para prevenir los siniestros de tr\u00e1nsito.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Senado busca impulsar el cuidado del ambiente<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la misma reuni\u00f3n, los legisladores aprobaron otro dictamen con el que exhortan a los gobiernos estatales para que junto con la Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda (Sener) y la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) pongan en marcha programas para aumentar la infraestructura para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos e h\u00edbridos.
