{"id":135711,"date":"2022-11-23T13:24:33","date_gmt":"2022-11-23T19:24:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=135711"},"modified":"2022-11-23T14:07:48","modified_gmt":"2022-11-23T20:07:48","slug":"ach-y-prosoc-atenderan-unidades-habitacionales-del-centro-historico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ach-y-prosoc-atenderan-unidades-habitacionales-del-centro-historico\/","title":{"rendered":"ACH y PROSOC atender\u00e1n unidades habitacionales del Centro Hist\u00f3rico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adem\u00e1s de la atenci\u00f3n a la estructura integral de las unidades, los organismos p\u00fablicos van a fomentar la integraci\u00f3n de los habitantes del Centro Hist\u00f3rico mediante actividades culturales y deportivas<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Autoridad del Centro Hist\u00f3rico (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoridadcentrohistorico.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACH<\/a>) y la Procuradur\u00eda Social (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prosoc.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prosoc<\/a>) de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n; en el cual, ambos organismos acordaron atender unidades habitacionales. El objetivo del convenio es mejorar las condiciones de vida de los habitantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante la ACH y la Prosoc, el Gobierno de la Ciudad destinar\u00e1 recursos materiales y humanos para atender a unidades habitacionales prioritarias ubicadas en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al llevar a cabo la colaboraci\u00f3n, la ACH identificar\u00e1 las unidades que requieran atenci\u00f3n; mientras que la PROSOC le dar\u00e1 a esos espacios atenci\u00f3n a desperfectos en la infraestructura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la firma del convenio, Claudia Ivonne Galaviz S\u00e1nchez, titular de la PROSOC indic\u00f3 que uno de los objetivos de diversificar los programas sociales es mejorar la organizaci\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEstamos recordando a las vecinas y vecinos cu\u00e1les son los derechos y obligaciones al vivir en comunidad. Trabajamos en la misma orientaci\u00f3n, que es trabajar por el bienestar de toda la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Diario en TUnidad\u2019 en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ACH y la Prosoc tambi\u00e9n tienen contemplado impulsar una sana convivencia y cultura condominal. A trav\u00e9s de cursos, pl\u00e1ticas, actividades y talleres, las dependencias esperan unir a los habitantes del Centro. Los organismos p\u00fablicos tambi\u00e9n fomentar\u00e1n el desarrollo del Programa \u2018Diario en TUnidad\u2019, mediante el que los vecinos de la zona obtendr\u00e1n mejoramiento f\u00edsico de
