al respecto, Erin Francke,\u00a0directora del \u00e1rea de Econom\u00eda y Regulaci\u00f3n Ambiental de CTS Embarq M\u00e9xico, sugiere incentivos y regulaciones para que los desarrolladores no construyan tan lejos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHay obviamente costos m\u00e1s bajos ah\u00ed pero los costos que impone a la ciudad, a las administraciones, a la ciudadan\u00eda, son muy altos y estos costos de alguna forma se tienen que internalizar\u201d, opin\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, ejemplifica que mediante la regulaci\u00f3n se podr\u00edan asentar que si la construcci\u00f3n est\u00e1 afuera del \u00e1rea de la ciudad, pagara por ubicarse tan lejos u absorbiera algunos de los costos para proveer de servicios p\u00fablicos; adem\u00e1s de que se debe incentivar una construcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s densa dentro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOcupar predios que est\u00e1n abandonados, por ejemplo, para hacer edificios, departamentos, oficinas, y asegurarse que \u00e9stos tengan un uso mixto, para empezar a movernos a una ciudad en la que podamos vivir y trabajar dentro del mismo barrio, que no tengamos que hacer viajes diarios de 20 o 30 kil\u00f3metros para llegar a nuestro trabajo, sino que podamos caminar un par de cuadras o 20 minutos y ya estar realizando nuestras actividades\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por parte del Centro de Transporte Sustentable (CTS), una de las cuestiones m\u00e1s importantes que consideran es necesario revertir, es la distancia a la que se encuentran los nuevos desarrollos de la ciudad, \u201csi est\u00e1 muy lejos del centro de la ciudad es dif\u00edcil proveerlo de transporte p\u00fablico, entonces lleva a un patr\u00f3n de movilidad dependiente sobre el veh\u00edculo privado y esto incrementa los costos ambientales y energ\u00e9ticos de estos nuevos desarrollos\u201d, expuso Erin Francke.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
