{"id":135031,"date":"2022-10-27T19:38:32","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T00:38:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=135031"},"modified":"2022-10-28T00:39:04","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T05:39:04","slug":"organismos-vivienda-poblacion-vulnerable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/organismos-vivienda-poblacion-vulnerable\/","title":{"rendered":"Organismos de vivienda atienden a la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El titular del Infonavit afirm\u00f3 que no existen trabajadores formales ni informales; sino personas que trabajan y tienen derecho a una vivienda adecuada<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este jueves se llev\u00f3 a cabo el <strong>Encuentro New Story NEXT<\/strong>: <strong>navegar, expandir y transformar mercados de vivienda adecuada<\/strong>; en el que representantes de los principales <strong>organismos de vivienda<\/strong> del Gobierno Federal destacaron las acciones que se han llevado a cabo para atender las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n mexicana; especialmente de los m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, <strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, <strong>director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>), afirm\u00f3 que el rezago habitacional no distingue entre la formalidad y la informalidad. Es decir que no existen trabajadores formales ni informales; sino personas que trabajan, perciben un salario y tienen derecho a una vivienda adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa visi\u00f3n que tenemos es, precisamente, garantizar ese derecho a trav\u00e9s de distintos mecanismos. En nuestro caso, el mecanismo se asocia con la seguridad social, el financiamiento se asocia con eso; pero en realidad trabajamos en equipo precisamente para buscar distintas formas de llegar a toda la poblaci\u00f3n. Esa es la parte m\u00e1s relevante del <strong>Programa Nacional de Vivienda<\/strong>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que otras pol\u00edticas relevantes que ha implementado la actual administraci\u00f3n son el <strong>alza salarial<\/strong> y la <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n de la subcontrataci\u00f3n<\/strong>; lo que ha contribuido a erradicar la informalidad laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, <strong>Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> subray\u00f3 que el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> ha diversificado las fuentes de financiamiento; a fin de facilitar el acceso de la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerable a una vivienda adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo de lo anterior es el esquema <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/margain-cuenta-infonavit-credito-bancario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cuenta Infonavit + Cr\u00e9dito Bancario<\/strong><\/a>, que permite a los trabajadores sin relaci\u00f3n laboral vigente, pero que tienen una subcuenta de vivienda, acceder a cr\u00e9ditos del Infonavit en cofinanciamiento con la banca.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo mismo sucede con los <strong>cr\u00e9ditos de mejora<\/strong> para personas que ya no est\u00e1n afiliadas a la seguridad social, pero que tienen una subcuenta de vivienda; tambi\u00e9n se les presta para mejorar de vivienda. Y, desde luego, el <strong>cr\u00e9dito para terrenos<\/strong>, que permite que las personas puedan hacer su casa, desde la adquisici\u00f3n del suelo; este a\u00f1o ya empezamos a financiar los cr\u00e9ditos para terrenos\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>C\u00e9sar Buenrostro<\/strong>, <strong>vocal ejecutivo del Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE<\/strong> (<strong>Fovissste<\/strong>), coment\u00f3 que, desde el inicio de su administraci\u00f3n de han implementado diversas medidas para combatir el rezago habitacional.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, la aprobaci\u00f3n del <strong>proceso de inscripci\u00f3n continua<\/strong>, con el que el <strong>Fovissste<\/strong> atender\u00e1, de forma permanente, la demanda de cr\u00e9dito hipotecario. Es decir que los derechohabientes que cumplan con todos los requisitos para ejercer un financiamiento hipotecario podr\u00e1n solicitarlo en el momento que decidan y cuando m\u00e1s les convenga.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, adelant\u00f3 que para el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2022 comenzar\u00e1 el otorgamiento del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/fovissste-credito-pesos-4t2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cr\u00e9dito Tradicional denominado en pesos<\/strong><\/a>. Esto mediante un programa piloto con el que se otorgar\u00e1n 5,000 financiamientos en pesos con tasa de inter\u00e9s y pagos fijos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El titular del Infonavit afirm\u00f3 que no existen trabajadores formales ni informales;
