Concretamente, uno de los objetivos planteados para el ejercicio es concretar un <strong>aumento de 16% en ingresos por escrituraci\u00f3n de vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ReneJaimeVinte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ren\u00e9 Jaime Mungarro<\/a>, Director General de Vinte, a pesar de los retos que a\u00fan se presentan, la empresa se mantiene en la b\u00fasqueda de los caminos que le permitan concretar las metas pactadas.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnte los retos y oportunidades que presenta el mercado, seguimos desarrollando iniciativas innovadoras que nos ayudar\u00e1n a lograr nuestro objetivo de crecimiento de 16% en los ingresos por escrituraci\u00f3n de vivienda durante el 2022\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El directivo destac\u00f3 que si bien el a\u00f1o comenz\u00f3 con retos, Vinte arranc\u00f3 el 2022 con resultados positivos. Dijo que gran parte de este buen inicio deriva del modelo de negocio flexible que la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/vinte-anuncia-inversion-estrategica-en-la-proptech-homie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empresa<\/a> ha consolidado.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIniciamos el a\u00f1o enfrentando retos a nivel global, pero con resultados positivos gracias a nuestra flexibilidad operativa y portafolio de proyectos. Los ingresos incrementaron un 0.6% comparado con el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado y el EBITDA y utilidad neta 5.4% y 2.4%, respectivamente. Lo anterior es una prueba m\u00e1s de nuestra flexibilidad para adaptarnos a las circunstancias, como lo hemos venido demostrando a lo largo de los a\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ren\u00e9 Jaime Mungarro destac\u00f3 que Vinte mantendr\u00e1 la visi\u00f3n de ampliar su presencia en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReiteramos nuestro compromiso de <strong>seguir creciendo nuestra presencia en el mercado,<\/strong> generando oportunidades de mejora en el nivel de vida de m\u00e1s familias mexicanas, e impulsando la inversi\u00f3n para lograr el crecimiento en ingresos y utilidades del plan de negocios de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Arranque positivo<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe recordar que durante el 1T2022, Vinte logr\u00f3 un incremento de 0.6% en el rubro de ingresos. Sumado a lo anterior, alcanz\u00f3 un aumento de 5.4 y 2.4% en Ebitda y Utilidad Neta, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImpulsamos las inversiones en obra en el trimestre en l\u00ednea con el plan de negocio y buscando as\u00ed contar con un crecimiento del 16% en ingresos por escrituraci\u00f3n de vivienda en el 2022. Estas inversiones generaron un flujo de efectivo operativo negativo en 265 millones de pesos y una deuda neta \/ EBITDA de 3.20 por este trimestre, pero con una expectativa por debajo de 3.0x para el
