El n\u00famero de proyectos de edificaci\u00f3n de vivienda ha ascendido durante los \u00faltimos meses. Actualmente hay cerca de 350 mil registros de vivienda, cuando al final del 2013 los planes de construcci\u00f3n estaban alrededor de 300 mil. El valor de la construcci\u00f3n que reportan las desarrolladoras de vivienda ha dejado de caer y avanza ligeramente. La originaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito puente se sincroniza con esta mayor actividad y el cr\u00e9dito comienza a crecer conforme hay m\u00e1s planes de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una noticia alentadora es que el cr\u00e9dito para la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda se ha abaratado durante los \u00faltimos meses, debido a una mayor competencia entre bancos, as\u00ed como por la ca\u00edda en la tasa de referencia del Banco Central. Cr\u00e9dito m\u00e1s barato, de la mano con un mejor conocimiento del mercado, impulsar\u00e1 la oferta de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El escenario econ\u00f3mico hacia adelante favorecer\u00e1 al sector de la vivienda. El crecimiento de la econom\u00eda y del empleo que se espera con las reformas estructurales generar\u00e1 una mayor demanda.<\/p>\n<p>En el mismo sentido, las grandes inversiones que se contemplan en el Programa Nacional de Infraestructura impactar\u00e1n positivamente al desarrollo urbano y la vivienda. Adem\u00e1s, las condiciones crediticias que ofrece la banca han propiciado que la demanda crezca, principalmente en los segmentos medio y residencial, aumentando la accesibilidad a la vivienda para los hogares.
